Clinical Observation Of Longcao Ointment In Treating Lowerlimb Venous Ulcer (Damp Heat Betting Type)

Objective:In this study,the use of Longcao ointment to treat venous lower extremity ulcers(damp-heat betting type),observation of the TCM syndrome scores and the healing rate of the sore surface of the two groups of patients before and after the experiment,provides a new clinical method for the treatment of venous lower extremity ulcers by external treatment of TCM method.Method:A total of 66 patients with venous lower extremity ulcers(damp-heat betting type)who were hospitalized in the Peripheral Vascular Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 and met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected for clinical observation,according to the order of visits,they were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in the treatment group and 3 3 cases in the control group.Among them,one case each dropped out in two groups.The two groups of patients were given the same basic treatment,namely,improvement of venous circulation,oral administration of Chinese patent medicine,routine debridement and elastic bandage compression therapy.The control group was given topical application of Jingwanhong ointment except for basic treatment,and the treatment group was given the topical application of Longcao ointment except for basic treatment.Treatment once a day for 15 days.The TCM syndrome scores and the healing rate of sore surfaces in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical processing to obtain the research results.Results:(1)General information:There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,sore course,TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Observation indicators:The total scores of TCM syndromes in two groups after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound area of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The total clinical effective rate:after one course of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 9 0.63%,and the control group was 8 1.25%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Longcao ointment can significantly improve the symptoms of the sore surface,improve the wound color,reduce the amount of exudate on the sore surface,promote the growth of new granulation tissue,accelerate the formation of new epithelial tissue,improve sore surface temperature and color,relieve swelling around sores,and reduce pain around sores.(2)Longcao ointment can effectively reduce the wound area and improve the wound healing rate.
