Clinical Effect Of Zishen Yutai Pill Combined With Letrozole On PCOS Infertility With Kidney Deficiency Phlegm-dampness Pattern

Research Objectives:The clinical efficacy of Zishenyutai Pill combined with Letrozole in the treatment of infertility patients with kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome was evaluated by observing the changes of TCM syndrome score,acne,hirsute,acanthosis nigricans and other indicators before and after treatment.In order to provide objective reference for clinical medication of infertility patients with kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome.Research methods:During the treatment,5 cases fell off due to failure to adhere to the treatment,and a total of 35 cases met the standard were collected.(1)After 6 menstrual cycles of Zishenyutai Pill combined with letrozole,18 patients were pregnant,with a pregnancy rate of 51.42%.The total clinical effective rate was 88.57%.(2)After treatment,menstruation and TCM symptoms were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)BMI,acne,endometrial and ovarian volume were significantly improved after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);There was no statistical significance in the improvement of hirsutism and acanthosis nigricans(P>0.05).(4)After treatment,serum LH LH/FSH and FPG decreased significantly;The improvement of P value was statistically significant(P<0.05),FSH E2 T PRL FINS and HOMA-IR index had no significant changes(P>0.05)Research Conclusions:Zishenyutai Pill combined with Letrozole treatment of kidney empty embryo pill combined phlegmy wet infertility caused by PCOS curative effect is distinct,can improve the patient’s menstrual conditions,TCM symptoms and physical signs,reduce LH/FSH and LH ratio,also can improve the patient’s state of polycystic ovarian and endometrial,improve the patient’s pregnancy rate,thus can be used in the treatment of kidney empty phlegmy wet PCOS patients with infertility.
