Study On The Quality Of Life And Mental Status Of Patients With Perimenopausal Syndrome With Kun Ning An

Objective: This study investigated the mechanism of Kun Ning An in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by observing the clinical efficacy of Kun Ning An soup in improving the quality of life and mental status of patients,and provided a safe and effective drug choice for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Method:In patients with perimenopausal syndrome who attended the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 and were treated with Kun Ning An formula,changes in scores of modified Kupperman score total and single item scores,clinical effectiveness,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,and sf-36 quality of life total and single item scores were assessed at the first visit and four weeks after treatment,respectively.Results:(1)The patients’ modified Kupperman score total score and each individual symptom score decreased after treatment compared with the pre-treatment score,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05).(2)Patients’ anxiety and depression scale scores decreased after treatment compared with the pre-treatment scores,and the results were statistically different(P<0.05),and the patients’ anxiety and depression degree ratings showed a decreasing trend.(3)The patient’s total sf-36 quality of life score and each score increased after treatment compared with the pre-treatment scores,showing that the patient’s quality of life was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After four weeks of outpatient treatment and lifestyle intervention,24 patients had significant clinical efficacy,75 patients were effective and 27 patients were ineffective,with a clinical efficiency of 78.57%.(5)Safety evaluation: Patients did not have any significant adverse reactions during the treatment process,suggesting good safety.Conclusion:The Chinese herbal soup Kun Ning An can effectively improve and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome,relieve patients’ anxiety and depression,improve patients’ quality of life,and no significant adverse effects were observed,which is worth further study with better clinical treatment significance.
