Clinical Observation Of Yishen Paizhuo Decoction Combined With Directional Drug Therapy In The Treatment Of CKD3-4 Stage Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenpaizhuo decoction combined with directional drug permeation therapy in the treatment of Chronic kidney disease(Chronic kidney disease)stage 3-4 patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney,and to clarify the characteristics and advantages of Yishenpaizhuo decoction combined with directional drug permeation therapy in the treatment of Chronic kidney disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with CKD stage 3-4 who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 and a control group of 30,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was additionally given Yishen Paizhuo Decoction orally,the treatment group was additionally given Yishen Paizhuo Decoction combined with directional penetrating drug therapy,and the related clinical syndrome scores,serum creatinine(Serum creatinine,Scr),blood urea nitrogen(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN),uric acid(uric acid,UA)and safety indicators,and quantitative scoring of TCM syndrome scores to explore the effect of Yishen Paizhao Decoction combined with directional penetrating drug therapy.Clinical efficacy of treating patients with CKD 3-4spleen and kidney deficiency.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of patients in both groups improved after treatment,and the TCM symptom scores were reduced,and P>0.05 in the comparison between groups for the three symptoms of tiredness and fatigue,poor appetite and dullness,and clear and long nocturnal urination.In the treatment of shortness of breath and lazy speech,lumbar and knee weakness,distention and fullness of the abdomen,dullness of the face,and insubstantial stool,P<0.05 was statistically significant in the comparison between groups.P<0.05 for the comparison of total TCM evidence points after treatment,which was statistically significant.It indicates that the effect of Yi Kidney Drainage Soup combined with targeted permeation therapy is better than that of Yi Kidney Drainage Soup group alone in improving the TCM symptom score.2.The blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid levels of patients in both groups improved after treatment,and the P values were less than 0.05 for intra-group comparison and less than 0.05 for inter-group comparison,indicating that the therapy was effective in both groups,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 73.33%in the treatment group after treatment,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the Yishenpaizhuo decoction Tang combined with Penetration therapy of TCM group and the Yishenpaizhuo decoction group could effectively improve the Chinese medicine evidence points of patients with CKD stage 3-4 spleen and kidney deficiency,and the Yishenpaizhuo decoction combined with Penetration therapy of TCM group was more effective than the Yishenpaizhuo decoction group alone.2.Both the Yishenpaizhuo decoction combined with Penetration therapy of TCM group and the Yishenpaizhuo decoction group could effectively improve the renal function of patients with spleen-kidney deficiency in CKD stage 3-4,and the Yishenpaizhuo decoction combined with Penetration therapy of TCM group was more effective than the Yishenpaizhuo decoction group alone.
