Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined With Acupoints In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 1-2 With Proteinuria Due To Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective:Through Shenqi Dihuang Decoction combined with acupoints in the treatment of proteinuria in patients with CKD(stage 1-2)with spleen-kidney qi deficiency,the indicators before and after treatment were observed,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease were discussed.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,appropriate CKD patients were selected as the research subjects.The test team took Shenqi Dihuang soup,acupuncture and acupoint application,and the control group orally took Kesuya.The treatment period of both groups was 12 weeks,during which period,the symptoms,signs and related clinical laboratory indicators of both groups were observed.Collect the western medicine laboratory indicators and TCM syndrome points during treatment,and analyze the data and compare the curative effect.Results:1.Comparability before the start of the test: there is no statistical difference in the pre-enrollment data;2.Comparison of western medicine efficacy indicators:(1)The 2 groups showed significant improvement in 24 h UPE,UACR,proteinuria qualitative,and ALB level,among which the test group was significantly better than the control group;(2)There was no statistical significance in the levels of Scr,e GFR and K+ after intervention in the two groups,but the improvement of Scr in the test team was better than that in the control group in terms of the degree of decrease of the indicators,better curative effect3.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: after intra-group and inter-group comparison,all the symptoms of the two groups were statistically significant after intervention,among which the overall decline of the test team was better than that of the control group;4.Efficiency comparison:(1)Clinical efficacy efficiency: the response rate in the test team was 94.3%,the response rate of the control group was 71.4%;(2)The response rate was91.4% in the test team and 74.3% in the control group.5.Safety evaluation: All the safety indicators(such as blood routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram,etc.)during the treatment,indicating that this regimen has certain safety and reliability.Conclusion:1.For patients with urinary protein quantification of 1-3g / 24 h,Shenqi Dihuang soup combined with acupoint matching can effectively reduce the 24 h UPE in patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency to improve the ALB level;2.The combination of Shenqi Dihuang soup with acupoints can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency,improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,and improve the curative effect;3.No adverse reactions are seen in the treatment process of this regimen,and the safety is good and deserves promotion.
