Research On Professor Sang Xisheng’s Experience In Treating Allergic Cough Based On Data Mining

Objective:The medical records of Professor Sang Xisheng’s diagnosis and treatment of allergic cough were collected,and the modern data processing technology was used to mine them.This paper summarizes Professor Sang Xisheng’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic cough,and the characteristics of the drugs used in the treatment of the disease and the ideas of diagnosis and treatment,and his experience and academic thoughts on the treatment of the disease were extracted.Methods:The medical records of allergic cough patients diagnosed and treated in Professor Sang Xisheng’s outpatient clinic from September 2016 to August2021 were collected,and a total of 186 medical records that met the entry conditions were screened.The collected information such as patient name,gender,age,main symptoms,tongue picture,pulse condition,and first-diagnosed Chinese medicine prescription are entered into the Excel template provided by the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform(V3.0)" software,and then the data is uploaded to the software.After running,gender analysis;symptom analysis;tongue and pulse analysis;nature,flavor and meridian function of Traditional Chinese Medicine;frequency analysis,drug association rule analysis and cluster analysis of TCM were performed.Results:1.Among the 186 patients,76 were male,accounting for 40.86%;110were female,accounting for 59.14%.In terms of the age of the included patients,the proportions of 18-33 years old,34-49 years old,and 50-65 years old were: 30.11%,36.02%,and 33.87%,respectively.2.In terms of symptoms,cough,dry throat,itchy throat,less phlegm,abnormal sensation in the throat,sticky phlegm,odor sensitivity,and white phlegm are the most common symptoms;Pink tongue,white and thin fur is the most common tongue symptoms;Deep pulse is the most common pulse condition;wind evil lurks in the lung pattern is the most common syndrome type.3.In terms of the properties and flavors of medicines,the properties of commonly used Chinese medicines are: warmth,cold and peace;the flavors of commonly used Chinese medicines are: pungency,bitterness,and sweetness.The most commonly used Chinese medicines are classified into the lung,stomach,and liver meridians.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine categories are: anti-surface medicine,tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,phlegm-relieving cough and asthma medicine.4.In the analysis of association rules,the number of support degrees is set to 60,and the obtained core drugs are composed of PLATYCODONIS RADIX,SCHIZONEPETAE HERBA,SAPOSHNIKOVIAE RADIX,MENTHAE HAPLOCALYCIS HERBA,PERILLAE FOLIUM,GLEHNIAE RADIX,BOMBYX BATRYTICATUS,GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA,POLYGONATI RHIZOMA,LASIOSPHAERA CALVATIA.By setting the number of support degrees to 60,the most commonly used drug combinations were obtained: "PLATYCODONIS RADIX,PERILLAE FOLIUM","SCHIZONEPETAE HERBA,GLEHNIAE RADIX","PLATYCODONIS RADIX,BOMBYX BATRYTICATUS".Set the number of confidence levels to 0.8,and "LASIOSPHAERA CALVATIA,SCHIZONEPETAE HERBA","GLEHNIAE RADIX,SCHIZONEPETAE HERBA","BOMBYX BATRYTICATUS,PLATYCODONIS RADIX","POLYGONATI RHIZOMA,SAPOSHNIKOVIAE RADIX",GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA,PLATYCODONIS RADIX " from high to low " Five combinations were obtained.5.In the cluster analysis,based on the k-means algorithm,the "number of clusters" was set to 6,and 6 core drug combinations were obtained,namely“PERILLAE FOLIUM,SAPOSHNIKOVIAE RADIX,PLATYCODONIS RADIX,MENTHAE HAPLOCALYCIS HERBA,POLYGONATI ODORATI RHIZOMA DENDROBII CAULIS,SCROPHULARIAE RADIX,GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA”,ect.Conclusion:1.The cause of allergic cough is Huafeng,which is easy to combine with endogenous dryness evil;the site of the disease is the qi distribution of the lung collaterals;the core pathogenesis is that Huafeng lurks in the lung and stagnates the lung qi,and disordered lung qi lead to cough;The law disease evolution is collaterals-meridians,qi-yin-essence.2.Professor Sang Xisheng’s treatment of this disease follows the general treatment idea of taking the disease as the key link and treating it according to syndrome differentiation.Namely:On the basis of expelling wind,combined with syndrome matching and treatment.The taste of drugs are peaceful,and the importance of spleen and stomach are emphasized.The nature and taste of drugs,especially compatibility relationship between drugs,are emphasized.And attention was paid to reduce partiality with anti-assistance method,such as the combination of coldness and warmth of drugs properties.In the treatment,the protection of stomach and yin fluid is noticed,the guiding role of the law of disease transmission on treatment is emphasized.
