| Objective: A retrospective study was conducted to analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Biling Tongfeng Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment in patients with AGA of dampness-heat stasis type,and to explore the clinical application of this prescription,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the current clinical treatment of such diseases.Methods: In this study,through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,patients with AGA of dampness-heat stasis type who visited the Kangyuantang Clinic of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to June 2021 were screened as the study subjects and divided into the control group(n = 72)and the test group(n = 113)according to whether the patients took Biling Tongfeng Yin or not.The differences of TCM score,UA,CRP,ESR,adverse reactions and disease recurrence rate before treatment and after two weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:In this study,before matching,there were significant differences in the course of disease,smoking history,drinking history,hyperlipidemia and ESR between the two groups.The clinical data between the two groups were incomparable.The nearest neighbor matching method was used.The ratio of 1:1 was 0.05.After matching,there was no significant difference in the clinical data between the two groups.The balance was comparable.A total of 110 patients were matched,55 patients in the test control group.The statistical analysis yielded the following study results:1.TCM score: After two weeks of treatment,the two groups can reduce the total score of TCM and the single score of TCM,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01).In terms of the total score of TCM,there was significant statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the test score decreased more significantly,and there was very significant statistical significance in the difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01);compared with the control group,there was very significant statistical significance in the improvement of joint tenderness,joint function,joint pain,heavy limbs,thirst and short yellow urine(P < 0.01),improvement of joint redness and swelling,joint skin heat,drowsiness and fatigue(P < 0.05),and no significant difference in the improvement of upset and fever(P > 0.05).2.Efficacy of TCM: In the test group,7 cases were clinically cured,33 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,with an overall response rate of 94.55%;in the control group,5cases were clinically cured,28 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective,with an overall response rate of81.82%.The clinical efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group,with a very significant difference(P < 0.01).3.Laboratory indicators: Compared with the group,the UA,CRP and ESR values of the two groups could be reduced after two weeks of treatment,and the difference had extremely significant statistical significance(P < 0.01);compared with the control group,the decrease was more significant,and the difference before and after treatment had extremely significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).4.Adverse reactions: The adverse reactions in the test group were 1.81%,1 patient had mild dizziness,which was improved spontaneously without any treatment;the adverse reactions in the control group were 5.45%,3 patients had nausea,diarrhea and other gastrointestinal reactions,which were relieved after symptomatic treatment,and then continued to use the drug treatment,without adverse reactions.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Disease recurrence rate: 5 patients in the test group relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 12.50%;11 patients in the control group relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 31.43%.The difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Bi Ling Gout Yin combined with conventional western medicine treatment has a significant effect on AGA of dampness-heat stasis type,which is superior to conventional western medicine treatment alone.2.Bi Ling Gout Yin combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly improve the traditional Chinese medicine of AGA patients with dampness-heat stasis type,and is superior to conventional western medicine treatment alone in improving joint redness and swelling,tenderness,function,pain,drowsiness and fatigue,and heavy limbs.3.Bi Ling Gout Yin combined with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly reduce UA,CRP,ESR levels,superior to the use of conventional western medicine treatment alone.4.Bi Ling Gout Yin combined with conventional western medicine treatment has better long-term efficacy and lower recurrence rate,which is superior to conventional western medicine treatment alone and is worthy of further clinical promotion. |
