Study Of Medication Rule And Experience Summary Of Professor Xie Jingri’s In Treament Of Cholelithiasis

Objective:By collecting the TCM diagnosis and treatment records of Professor Xie Jingri in the treatment of cholelithiasis,and conducting a retrospective study,analysis and summary,the law of medication and treatment concept in the treatment of cholelithiasis are found,and the clinical application and research reference of Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cholelithiasis are provided.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2021,150 patients with cholelithiasis who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are collected through the outpatient medical record system.The first diagnosis history was standardized and the data are entered into WPS Excel2019 for statistical analysis of the basic information,medical history,medication frequency and drug properties of the patients.SPSS Modeler 18.0 is used for association rule analysis of drugs,and IBM SPSS 25.0 is used for cluster analysis of drugs.Results:1.According to the basic information of the patients,there are 66 males and 84 females among the 150 patients,mainly between 28 and 58 years old.The main syndromes are liver stagnation and qi stagnation and liver and gallbladder dampness and heat.The top 10 symptoms are hypochondriacal pain,back pain,shapeless stools,fatigue,dry mouth,poor sleep,bitter mouth,bloating,constipation and poor appetite.2.According to the analysis of the first diagnosis history,a total of 140 commonly used drugs are obtained for the treatment of cholelithiasis,with a total frequency of 2855 times.The top 10 drugs are Bupleurum chinense,Money herb,Turmeric,Atractylodes atractylodes,turmeric,Wildebeens wildebeens,Angelica dahurica,Magnolia officinalis,Gienijin and Perilla Perilla seed.3.The four qi of commonly used drugs are mainly warm,cold and peaceful.The five tastes are mainly spicy,bitter and sweet.The main channels are spleen,stomach and liver.4.The commonly used drugs are mainly used for regulating qi,promoting blood circulation,reducing dampness,clearing heat,invigorating dampness,tonifying qi and eliminating food.5.Cluster analysis shows that common drug pairs are Cablin and Perrin;Peony and licorice;Keel andoysters;Citron and rhizome;Hawthorn and malt;Coix seed and Atractylodes atractylodes;Frankincense and myrrh;Perilla seed and Buddhist hand;Cattail huang and Wuling fat;Money grass and turmeric;Wallenzi and Fritillary fritillary of Zhejiang;Aurantium trifoliate and areca nut;Scutellaria and Gardenia;Astragalus membranaceus and Radix Pseudostellariae;Zedoary turmeric and trigon;Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica;Flaxseed and plum seed.6.Cluster analysis shows that common drug combinations are peony,glycyrrhiza,Citron and Rhizome.Malt,hawthorn,Divine comedy,tangerine peel,chicken gold;Terminalia chebula,Yam,pachyderma,coix seed,Atractylodes atractylodes;Perilla seed,Palm,Amomum,cardamom,Aconite,Cardamom,Magnolia officinalis;Scutellariae,gardenia,scrophulariae;Angelica,Ligusticum chuanxiong,salvia miltiorrhiza;Zedoary turmeric,trigon,Radix Willophala,Angelica dahuricae,turmeric,Rhizoma chinensis,Turmeric;Flaxseed,plum seed,rhubarb,Hawthorn,areca nut.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of cholelithiasis,Professor Xie Jinggri mainly used the drugs of xin,bitter,sweet taste and spleen,stomach and liver meridian.The commonly used core drugs include Bupleurum chinensis,Pennisetum japonicum,Turmeric,Rhizoma atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica dahurica,Magnolia officinalis,Gienijin and Perilla Perilla seed.2.In the treatment of cholelithiasis,Professor Xie Jingri mainly treated qi stagnation,damp-heat,blood stasis and heat toxicity,and concluded that "damp-heat long-term depression of liver and gallbladder,cholestasis" was the main pathogenesis.3.Professor Xie Jingri treats cholelithiasis with four methods:elimination,supplement,promotion and elimination.
