Clinical Observation Of Fumigation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Shock Wave For The Treatment Of Osteonecrosis Of The Femoral Head

Research purposes:The study observed the comparison between fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with shock wave(SW)and the use of fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine alone and the use of shock wave alone for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),which provided important theoretical support and new treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of ONFH by fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with shock wave.Research methods:Collected from January 2020 as the starting time,June 2021 as the termination time,in line with the inclusion criteria of this trial and signed informed consent,voluntarily participated in this clinical trial of ONFH patients,through the random number table method,60 patients were randomly divided into 20 cases in the treatment group(treatment measure:fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined shock wave),control group Ⅰ 20 cases(treatment measure:fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine),control group Ⅱ 20 cases(treatment measure:shock wave).The Visual analogue score(VAS)and Harris hip score(HHS)were observed in three groups of patients before and after treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months,and 6 months,and the overall efficacy of the three groups was evaluated.All data obtained were analysed using the statistical software SPSS26.0.Research results:1.Comparison of the general data of the three groups of patients before the start of the trial:basic conditions such as sex,age,etiology and so on,no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05),equilibrium of the three groups;2.Comparison of relevant efficacy indicators:the treatment group and the two control groups compared the indicators after a course of treatment,and found that there were statistical differences in VAS score and HHS score(P<0.05),and the indicators of the pre-treatment and post-treatment treatment groups and the two control groups were compared within the group,and it was found that there was a statistical difference in VAS score and HHS score(P<0.05);3.Follow-up:after treatment,the follow-up was carried out at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months,and there was no statistical difference in VAS score and HHS score between the treatment group and the two control groups(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference in VAS score and HHS score between the treatment group and the two control groups(P<0.05).Research conclusions:1.Fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with shockwave therapy,the use of fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine alone and the use of shock wave alone for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head have definite clinical efficacy,which can effectively alleviate the pain of patients and improve the functional activity of the hip joint;2.The therapeutic effect of fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with shock wave is obviously better than the treatment effect of using fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine alone or shock wave alone to treat osteonecrosis of the femoral head;3.The efficacy of fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with shock wave,the use of fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine alone and the use of shock wave alone for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head after treatment are relatively stable,which can effectively delay the progression of necrosis of the femoral head,and the former is significantly better than the latter two.
