Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Self-heating Moxibustion Combined With Supine Traction

Objective:Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(CSR)because of its high incidence,long course and easy recurrence,which makes patients suffer greatly physically and mentally,and has seriously affected people’s quality of life and work efficiency.Therefore,a combination of treatment methods is sought to improve the lesions of tissues such as neck muscles and bones and the operation of qi and blood,so as to reduce the stimulation or compression of important tissues such as blood vessels and nerves in the neck to achieve the purpose of treatment.By studying the clinical efficacy of diaphragm self-heating patch combined with recumbent traction in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy,this experiment aims to explore a simple and convenient,low-cost,high-patient compliance and effective treatment method,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.Method:Patients were obtained from the outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to February 2022 and were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups.The treatment group used partition moxibustion self-heat compress,which is mainly composed of medical tape,Xinjiang Turpansha and autonomous fever pack,combined with supine traction.Apply the diaphragm self-heat compress to the corresponding lesion segment of the cervical spine(usually located in the 4th to 7th segment)for 6 hours twice a day.After 30 minutes of septum moxibustion treatment,alternate automatic intermittent traction can be carried out,using The Japan Yi teng TM-400 automatic traction device,the traction weight is 4-6 kg,first pull for 30 seconds,then pull for 60 seconds,each time for 30 minutes,once a day,7 days for one course,a total of two courses of treatment.The control group adopted the simple recumbent traction method,was the same as that of the treatment group.Evaluated according to arch depth,Japanese tanaka symptom scale 20 points,VAS score and criteria for clinical efficacy in cervical spondylosis.Results:The disease course,sex and age scores of the two groups before treatment indicated that there was no significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.The arch depth,Japanese tanaka symptom scale 20 points,VAS score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,analyze the score of each scale,and the treatment group differ significantly(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group were 90.0% and 83.3% respectively,and the treatment group differ significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical treatment method of septal moxibustion self-heating patch combined with supine traction can effectively solve a series of discomforts and other clinical symptoms caused by cervical radiculopathy,and has achieved obvious clinical effects,and its clinical effect is obviously better than that of simple supine traction.The combination treatment method has the advantages of simple treatment process and good patient compliance,and can be further promoted clinically.
