At present,the problem of population aging has become a global hotspot.China is a typical developing country with an aging population of "getting old before getting rich",and the scale of the aging population is prominent.With the transfer of the working age population in rural areas to the cities,the rural aging has become very serious,and the rural pension has become an important constraint in the process of new rural development.At present,the infrastructure conditions of the elderly care in rural areas are still backward,and there are many shortcomings in the integration of medical care and elderly care.In view of the current situation in rural areas,it is necessary to actively combine the current research results,extensively investigate the domestic rural pension models,draw lessons from the advanced models at home and abroad,actively seek the combination of medical care and pension models that are suitable for the rural population results and the local social and economic development,and efficiently solve the pension problems under the background of the aging of the rural population.This study will focus on the rural area of J County in Jilin Province as an example to explore the supply and demand situation and Countermeasures of rural medical care combined with elderly care services under the background of population aging.In line with the realistic background of the local population aging,by using the methods of literature review and investigation and research,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the supply of rural medical care and elderly care services in J county from the aspects of policy introduction and implementation,institution construction and social service supply,and points out that the policy is active in service supply,and the relevant institution construction projects are still in a state of shortage,and the rural medical service,medical care income The supply of services such as medical knowledge and medical insurance coverage needs to be optimized.Through the questionnaire survey on the demand status of rural medical care combined with elderly care services in J County,the demographic characteristics of the respondents were clarified,and the demand status of farmers’ medical care,farmers’ medical care and elderly care service knowledge,convenient elderly care services,elderly care and health care,emergency treatment services,etc.was explored.It can be seen that strengthening rural medical care combined with elderly care services,maintaining the supply and demand relationship of rural medical care combined with elderly care services,It is the real demand of the elderly in rural areas.After pointing out the current situation of supply and demand after the local implementation of the mode of combining medical care with nursing care,this paper actively explores the problems and reasons of the original local old-age care mode,and puts forward feasible improvement countermeasures around the problems.The conclusion is that the current situation of supply and demand in rural areas of J County after the implementation of the combination of medical care and elderly care service mainly has several deficiencies: the service system construction is not in place,the social capital support obtained by the service is not high,the supply of service personnel is uneven,and the development of service supporting projects is insufficient;According to the analysis,the causes of the problems include deep-rooted traditional concepts,poor profitability of institutions,lack of professionals,and lack of in-depth policy publicity and implementation.In order to actively change the current situation of supply and demand of rural medical care,this paper puts forward some positive countermeasures,such as building a medical care combined elderly care service system of community linked medical care institutions,expanding the construction of joint venture project groups to strengthen the supply of social capital,strengthening the cultivation of professional personnel,and improving the multi-element policy systems such as endowment insurance.
