| Objective:This project takes the in-depth excavation of the practical value of TCM physique theory as the starting point,through the study of the basic content of TCM physique theory,the new maternal physique type and the factors affecting the physique,summarizes and analyzes the relationship between the new maternal physique type and the influencing factors,and proposes rational diet,exercise and other programs according to the analysis results,which has important guiding significance for improving women’s physique and preventing women’s postpartum diseases.Methods:Theoretical research methods: The content analysis method is used to study the physical characteristics and influencing factors of women and the physical characteristics and influencing factors of new mothers explained in the medical records of doctors from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty.Epidemiological investigation methods of new maternal constitution: 400 new pregnant women who were surveyed from April 2015 to April 2021 at the Yuehao International Confinement Club in Changchun City,Jilin Province and met the inclusion criteria were selected,and through questionnaire surveys,the classification and determination table of new maternal TCM physique were collected,and spss26.0 statistical software was used to analyze chi-square test and Logistic regression to explore the correlation between the distribution characteristics of new maternal physique types,the types of new maternal constitutions and influencing factors.Results:Theoretical research results:1.Research results on women’s physical characteristics and influencing factors:Through the analysis and summary of the medical records of doctors from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,it is found that women’s physical characteristics are mainly yin blood,which is related to the liver and kidney organs.Women’s physique is affected by factors such as exertion,wind and cold,emotions,eating habits,number of births,and drugs.2.Research results on the physical characteristics and influencing factors of new mothers: Through the analysis and summary of the medical records of doctors from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,it is found that the physical characteristics of new women are mainly deficient in qi and blood and poor operation.The constitution of the new mother is affected by factors such as the evil qi of the four hours,the seven emotions,the diet structure,excessive work and leisure,the age of marriage,and childbirth.Results of the epidemiological investigation of the new maternal constitution:1.Distribution characteristics of new maternal physique types: In the 400 new maternal population,the overall biased physique is the mainstay.There were 74 cases of qi deficiency,accounting for 18.50%;69 cases of yin deficiency,accounting for 17.30%;63 cases of yang deficiency,accounting for 15.80%;58 cases of humid and hot matter,accounting for14.50%;43 cases of qi depression,accounting for 10.80%;38 cases of peaceful matter,accounting for 9.50%;35 cases of blood stasis,accounting for 8.80%;14 cases of phlegm wet matter,accounting for 3.50%;6 cases of special quality,accounting for 1.50%.2.(1)Distribution characteristics and demographic factors of new maternal physique types: The age of the new maternal population is concentrated in 18-30 years old and 31-40 years old,and the physique types are mainly qi deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency.The educational level of new women is more than a bachelor’s degree than a postgraduate degree,and the physical type is mainly qi deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency.(2)The distribution characteristics of the new maternal physique type and the five-flavor partiality: the different physiques of the new mother are dominated by the three flavors of acid and sweet,and the four physique types of qi deficiency,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,and humid heat are more common.(3)Distribution characteristics and disease history of new maternal physique types: The previous history of the new maternal population is mostly spleen and stomach disease,and the history of spleen and stomach diseases in different constitutions is mainly based on qi deficiency.Family history is mainly based on hepatobiliary diseases and qi,blood and fluid diseases,among which qi deficiency has more hepatobiliary family genetic diseases,and yang deficiency has more qi,blood and fluid family genetic diseases.(4)Distribution characteristics and sleep habits of new maternal physique types: in the new maternal population,it is more common to go to bed late and get up late in qi deficiency,late sleep and early rise are more common in yang deficiency,and sleep irregularity is more common in yin deficiency.(5)Distribution characteristics of new maternal physique types and birth factors: the mode of delivery of new women with qi deficiency is mostly natural cutting and tearing on the side of birth,and the mode of delivery of yang deficiency is mostly good for caesarean section wounds.The length of delivery of new women is mainly 1-10 h,and the physical type is mainly seen in qi deficiency and yin deficiency.(6)Distribution characteristics and postpartum factors of new maternal physique types: the new maternal complexion is mainly white,and the physique types are mainly seen in yin deficiency,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,and humid heat.The amount of postpartum sweating of new women is mainly based on the amount of sweat,not cold,and their physique types are more common in yin deficiency and qi deficiency.The second stool of the new mother is excreted after childbirth,and the qi deficiency,humid heat quality,yin deficiency and yang deficiency are prone to postpartum constipation.Qi deficiency and yin deficiency in the new maternal population are prone to postpartum pain.3.The correlation between the main physique types and influencing factors of new pregnant women:(1)Qi deficiency: There are obvious differences between qi deficiency and cultural level(P=0.02<0.05),and the degree of qi deficiency Chinese is 0.537 times that of college undergraduates compared with other cultural level.There were significant differences between qi deficiency and sleep habits(P=0.033<0.05).There were significant differences between qi deficiency and the length of delivery(P=0.04<0.05).(2)Yang deficiency: There are obvious differences between yang deficiency and delivery mode(P=0.03<0.05).(3)Yin deficiency: There is a significant difference between yin deficiency and postpartum stool excretion(P=0.037<0.05).Among them,the probability of constipation in the yin deficiency is 0.23 times that of other conditions,P=0.016<0.05;the possibility of diarrhea in the yin deficiency is 0.227 times that of other conditions,and the P=0.011<0.05.Conclusion:Theoretical research conclusions:1.Female physical characteristics and influencing factors: Through the analysis and summary of the medical records of doctors from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,the female physique was found the characteristics of physiological and pathological changes are highly correlated with yin,blood,liver,kidney,and chong ren er veins.Women’s physique is affected by many factors such as diet,emotion,work and leisure,external evils,childbirth,and medication.2.Physical characteristics and influencing factors of new mothers: Through the analysis and summary of the medical records of doctors from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,it is found that the physical characteristics of new women are mainly hypochondria and stasis.The constitution of the new mother is affected by factors such as the five tastes and seven emotions,the cold temperature at four o’clock,the age of marriage and childbearing,the prolific labor injury,and the inadequacy of raising the fetus.Conclusions of the investigation and study of the epidemiological investigation of the new maternal constitution:1.The distribution of TCM physique in the new maternal population is mainly biased,with qi deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency accounting for the majority,damp heat,qi depression,peace and blood stasis less,and sputum wetness and special quality being the least.In the results of the investigation of the physical fitness of the new maternal population,it was found that the three types of physique mainly based on deficiency were qi deficiency,yin deficiency and yang deficiency,which were basically consistent with the views discussed in the medical books of doctors from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty summarized this time,and the reason was related to the physiological and pathological characteristics of women.2.The biased physique type of the new maternal population may be related to its age,education level,eating habits,disease history,sleep habits,delivery methods,length of delivery,postpartum color,postpartum sweating,postpartum stool excretion,postpartum pain and other factors.The factors affecting the constitution of new women in the results of the flow survey,such as age,education level,mode of delivery,and sleep habits,are slightly different from those discussed in the medical records of the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,which may be due to the change of the times,the ancient feudal ideas are gradually eliminated,the living environment,working environment,climate environment and regional factors of modern society are constantly changing,the medical level is increasingly improved,and the diet structure is becoming more and more abundant.3.Among the main biased physiques of new women,there are significant differences between qi deficiency and education level,sleep habits,and delivery time.The reason why the degree of Chinese is relatively large for undergraduates may be that with the continuous development of society,women pay more attention to their own cultural level,daily continuous learning and thinking,overwork,aggravation of qi and blood losses,and long-term lack of qi.There are more people whose sleep habits are late and late,which may be that sleeping late and getting up late will deplete the yang qi and lead to qi deficiency.There are more people who give birth between 1-10 hours,which may be due to weak qi and blood and inability to transport tires,which prolongs the labor process.There are significant differences between yang deficiency and delivery mode,among which there are more people with good caesarean section wounds in the mode of delivery,which may be due to the weakness of yang qi in yang deficiency,which promotes weakness to cause uterine contractions and fatigue and affects the course of labor.There are significant differences between yin deficiency and postpartum stool excretion,of which postpartum stool excretion is mostly secretive,which may be caused by the lack of yin blood of the yin deficiency person itself,and at the same time,the postpartum yin blood is depleted,the yin fluid is insufficient,the large intestine is lost in wetness,the transmission is lost,and the inability to promote the dross to run downwards. |
