Study On Mechanism Of The Treatment Of Cervicogenic Greater Occipital Neuralgia By Collateral-point Analgesic Acupuncture Combined With Blood Pricking And Cupping

Objective: by observing the collaterals acupuncture point pain acupuncture method with blood cupping therapy compared with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of the disease clinical curative effect,confirm collaterals acupuncture point pain acupuncture method with thorn blood cupping therapy for the treatment of the disease clinical curative effect,and further provides evidence-based medical evidence for treatment,is suffering from neck pillow source sex neuralgia pain people to find more efficient and effective treatment,and widely applied to clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future among.Methods: income the institute should be included in the standard of all cases were randomly divided into complex cavity pain acupuncture method with blood cupping treatment group and routine acupuncture group,after four treatment on two groups of subjects of VAS pain visual analogue scale and a headache determination of impact-6 score before and after treatment to summarize,finally carries on the analysis comparison conclusion.Results: 69 cases were actually completed in this project,35 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.1 Comparing the HIT-6 scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the results showed significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the HIT-6 scores of the two groups after treatment,the results showed that there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could improve the quality of daily life,and the treatment group(acupoint analgesic acupuncture combined with blood pricking cupping)had a more significant.2 improvement in VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the results showed a significant difference(P<0.05);Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups after treatment showed differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can alleviate the pain of the disease,and the pain relief effect of the treatment group(acupoint analgesic acupuncture combined with blood pricking cupping)is more obvious,according to the VAS reduction rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 88.57%,the total effective rate of the control group is 79.41%.Conclusions :1 according to the comparison of patients’ subjective feelings,VAS score and hit-6 score questionnaire before and after treatment,it was found that acupoint analgesic acupuncture combined with blood-pricking cupping and conventional acupuncture had curative effect on this disease,but acupoint analgesic acupuncture combined with blood-pricking cupping had more significant curative effect on cervicogenic greater occipital neuralgia.2 Acupoint analgesic acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping therapy is feasible in the treatment of cervicogenic greater occipital neuralgia,which can relieve the pain of patients with cervicogenic greater occipital neuralgia and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
