Objective: 1.The purpose of the study is to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of massage in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for massage in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis.2.Using data mining technology, this study aims to explore the law of techniques and acupoints of massage in the treatment of post-stroke spastic paralysis in recent 30 years,so as to provide basis for the standardization research of massage in the rehabilitation of post-stroke spastic paralysis. Methods: 1.Relevant randomized control trials were collected by researching following databases from inception to 31 October 2021: Pub Med,Web of Science,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,MEDLINE,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database,Wan Fang Database and China biomedical Literature Database(CBM),and the language was limited to Chinese and English. After two researchers independently completed literature screening and methodological quality evaluation,Rev Man V.5.4.1software was used for meta-analysis of the included indicators.2.Based on the these clinical literatures on the above database of massage treating spastic paralysis after stroke in recent 30 years, after screening according to the standard of exclusion, the prescription of techniques and acupoints were extracted to establish the database. The selected prescriptions were analyzed by means of frequency statistics, system cluster analysis and association rule analysis to explore their internal laws. Results: 1.A total of 30 RCTs were including, involved 1111 – subjects.Meta analysis showed that after treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01);compared with the control group, the scores of Modified Ashworth Scale in the experimental group was decreased significantly(P < 0.01);compared with the control group, the Clinical Spasm Index in the experimental group was significantly lower(P < 0.01);compared with the control group, the Neurological Deficit Score in the experimental group was decreased significantly(P < 0.01);compared with the control group, the score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment in the experimental group was increased significantly(P < 0.01);compared with the control group,Barthel Index in the experimental group was significantly higher(P < 0.01).2.A total of 113 clinical literatures were included, including 109 technique prescriptions and 99 acupoint prescriptions.A total of 26 massage techniques were involved with a total frequency of 605 times, and 167 acupoints were involved with a total of 1402 times. The most commonly used technique is the roll method, and the most used acupoint is Quchi.Systematic cluster analysis showed that high-frequency techniques could be divided into two categories, and high-frequency acupoints could be divided into three categories.Asociation rule analysis showed that the technique compatibility group with the highest support was roll method and rubbing method, and the acupoint compatibility group with the highest s upport was Quchi and Hegu. Conclusion: 1.Massage can effectively relieve the spasticity of the upper and lower limbs of patients with spastic paralysis after stroke, reducing their neurological deficit and improving their limb motor function and daily living ability of patients. However, due to the low quality of the studies included, the results of this meta-analysis should be carefully accepted.2.The techniques of massage treating spastic paralysis after stroke are mainly extrusion method, and the choose reflects the law of balance Yang and Yin and the combination of flexibility and rigidity;the selection of acupoints is mainly Yang Meridian, and the compatibility reflects the law of symptomatic selection acupiont, acupoint selection along the meridian, acupoint matching near and far and acupoint matching down and up.
