Clinical Observation Of Self-made Jianpi Xiaoji Prescription In The Treatment Of Infantile Indigestion With Syndrome Of Combination Of Spleen Deficiency And Stagnation

Objective:In this study,Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid was used as the control group to observe the clinical efficacy of children stagnation(spleen deficiency and accumulation syndrome),and to provide clinical experience for the treatment of stagnation in children.In this clinical observation,shenqu Xiaoshi Oral liquid was used as the control group to observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Jianpi Xiaoji prescription in the treatment of pediatric stagnation(syndrome of spleen deficiency with accumulation),so as to provide clinical experience for the treatment of pediatric stagnation.method:Will conform to children stagnation(spleen deficiency)of 63 cases of children randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group 32 cases,control group 31 cases,treatment group using spleen,control group choose the divine comedy oral liquid,two groups of children 7 days for 1 treatment,2 courses of treatment,medication after 1 course of effectiveness evaluation,quantitative score,finally using SPSS 25 statistical software for results analysis,compare the efficacy of the two groups of treatment.Results:1.To compare general data,the sex,age,disease course,severity of disease,points of main disease,secondary disease,total point and various syndrome points of the two groups were compared before treatment,P> 0.05,not statistically significant and comparable.2.Comparison of efficacy: after the end of treatment,the overall penetrance of the treatment group was 83.87%,61.29%,P <0.05,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;the total response rate was 96.77%,the control group was 87.09%,P <.0.05,indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.After 1 course of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the response rate of the treatment group was 70.96% and 38.70% in the control group,with P <0.05,indicating that the treatment group started faster than that of the control group.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: treatment group total points better than control group,P <0.05,treatment group to improve the main disease(diet,food reduction,abdominal distension)and secondary disease(stool),P <0.05,and the two groups in improve secondary disease(nausea,vomiting,fatigue,complexion,sleep)effect,P> 0.05.5.In-group comparison: compare the main disease points,secondary disease points and total points before and after the treatment,P <0.05,which is statistically significant,indicating that the drug effect in children(spleen deficiency and syndrome).6.Safety evaluation: During the observation period,no adverse effects were found in both groups,indicating that the two groups were safe in the treatment of accumulated stagnation(spleen deficiency and accumulated accumulation syndrome).conclusion:1.In the treatment group,spleen digestion formula in the treatment of children(spleen deficiency accumulation syndrome)was better than the control group.2.The increasing penetrance of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the poor diet,reduced food intake,abdominal distension,and irregular stool.4.The curative effect of the treatment group in children(spleen deficiency and accumulation syndrome)was significantly better than that of the control group after 1 course of treatment.5.The treatment of spleen digestion and stagnation in children(spleen deficiency and accumulation syndrome)has definite curative effect,quick effect and no adverse reactions,which is worthy of further promotion.
