Research On Community Health Service Institutions Participating In Home-based Elderly Care Services For Urban Elderly

With the increasing complexity of the elderly care service,how to build a diversified elderly care service system to meet the current needs of the elderly,and how to build a reasonable elderly care service system.As a key link,community has become the focus of academia and government departments.This paper holds that embedding community medical and health services into community home-based elderly care services is an effective way to solve the problem of elderly care for urban community elderly groups.As a basic medical and health service institution in China,community health service institutions now embed their services into the community home-based elderly care service for the urban elderly,creatively connecting the advantages of community,institution and family,so they play an important role in the current mainstream community home-based elderly care service model.However,the level of economic development in different regions is uneven,and the embedding degree of community health service institutions is also different.As a whole,it is in the exploration and evolution stage of institutional service embedding.The controversy lies in what role community health service institutions should play,that is,what forms should be taken to participate in community home-based elderly care services.The author first understands the situation of the target community and community health service institutions,and then finds out the problems existing in the participation of community health service institutions in community home-based elderly care services in combination with the elderly care service needs reflected by the elderly groups in the community and the current situation to meet the needs.Therefore,this paper selects J community medical care center,a typical institution in which the services of community health service institutions are embedded in community home-based elderly care services.Compared with the form of community health service institutions in the general sense,medical care center is a new type of institution evolved by embedding the services of community health service institutions in the form of community home-based elderly care services.Combined with the development and evolution stage of embedding,the author tries to interpret the current situation of community health service institutions participating in community home-based elderly care services,further analyze the causes of insufficient participation of community health service institutions in community home-based elderly care services from the perspective of welfare pluralism,and give possible ways to solve the problem of insufficient participation,In order to effectively improve the ability and level of community health service institutions to participate in community home-based elderly care services,and directly contribute to the high-quality development of community home-based elderly care model,it is of certain positive significance to continuously meet the elderly care needs of elderly groups,promote the sustainable and healthy development of elderly care services,and effectively alleviate the increasing elderly care pressure in China.
