ObjectiveConstruct the evaluation index system of post competency of nurses in oncology department,test the reliability and validity,and provide a reliable tool for oncology nurses’education and training and post ability evaluation.Methods1.It is based on the concept of"iceberg model"of post competency and the framework of nurse post competency put forward by Hamric.On the basis of literature review and semi-structured expert interviews,the index of post competency evaluation system for nurses in oncology department was drawn up.2.Using Delphi method,20 experts were consulted by letters successively,the expert opinions were sorted out,summarized and counted,and the indexes such as expert positive coefficient,expert opinion authority degree,expert opinion coordination coefficient and expert opinion concentration degree were analyzed to establish the evaluation index system of post competency of nurses in oncology department.3.With the combination of Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process,according to the mean difference of the importance assignment of all levels of indicators in the results of the second round of inquiry,combined with the scale of Satty1-9,the judgment matrix of all levels of indicators is constructed,the importance of indicators is compared,and the correlation significance of weight coefficients of all levels of indicators is analyzed.4.A survey scale was established according to the established post competency evaluation system of oncology nurses,and a random sampling method was used to select160 frontline staff working in oncology nursing posts in Qingdao to carry out the survey.Clonal Bach coefficient(Cronbach’sα)and Half Reliability were used to evaluate the internal consistency reliability of the proposed oncology post competency evaluation system.KMO value and Bartlett test were used to analyze the validity of exploratory factor analysis.Results1.Through literature review and semi-structured expert interviews,seven competency characteristics of oncology nurses’post competence were extracted,including basic quality,specialist knowledge and skills,education,training and consultation ability,nurse-patient communication ability,scientific ability,organization and management ability,learning ability and sharing ability,including 40 secondary indicators.The first draft of the evaluation index system of post competency of nurses in oncology department was formed.2.The positive coefficient of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation is 100%,and the expert authority coefficient is 0.906 and 0.919 respectively.The coordination coefficient of the second round of expert consultation is significantly higher than that of the first round.The authoritative coefficient of the first round of expert letter is 0.856,and that of the second round is 0.919,all>0.7.the reliability of expert opinion is high.The coordination coefficients of the first and second indexes in the second round of expert letter inquiry were higher than those in the first round(P<0.05).It is suggested that the second round expert letter consultation has a high degree of coordination and the evaluation result is desirable.In the second round of expert letter consultation of the first and second round of index,the mean value of importance assignment is larger,and the coefficient of variation is smaller.3.After 2 rounds of expert consultation,the post competency evaluation system of oncology nurses was established,including 5 primary indicators and 32 secondary indicators.4.Among the first-level evaluation indexes,specialist knowledge and skills account for the largest weight,the weight coefficient is 0.340,followed by the basic quality,the weight coefficient is 0.282,the internal consistency ratio is 0.034,and theλmax value is 5.151.The weight coefficients of the secondary indexes to which the primary index belongs are analyzed,and the results show that the maximum eigenvalue(λmax)is 3.094-16.640,and the consistency ratio CR is 0.000-0.090.Based on the comprehensive ranking and analysis of the weight coefficients of 32 secondary indicators,the secondary index can coordinate the relationship between nurses."improve team cohesion","abide by rules and regulations and ethics","good professional accomplishment"and"qualified training in oncology department"occupy the top four,and the weight coefficients are 0.092,0.085,0.085 and 0.085 respectively.5.In the reliability analysis,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the whole questionnaire is 0.896,and the half-and-half reliability is 0.815.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of each dimension is 0.803-0.944,and the half-half reliability is 0.823-0.944,indicating that the evaluation index system has good reliability.In the validity analysis,the value of KMO was 0.905 and theχ~2value of Bartlett test was 3135.782,which indicated that the items were not independent,and the values were related,so it was suitable for factor analysis.A total of 5 common factors were extracted,and 65.332%of the total variance was explained after rotation.The factor load of each secondary index is more than 0.5,and there is no double load(the load on two or more factors is more than0.5 at the same time,and the difference is less than 0.1).The construction validity of the evaluation index system of post competency of nurses in oncology department is good.ConclusionThe evaluation index system of post competency of nurses in oncology department based on Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is scientific and reasonable,and can provide a reliable tool for the education and training of oncology nurses and the evaluation of job ability.
