Research On The Optimization Of Donation Process Of Public Health Emergency Materials Based On BP Neural Network

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020,the handling of public health emergencies has received increasing attention.As a specialized institution in X City to deal with this epidemic,an emergency medical institution has received highly attention.In the early days of the epidemic,a medical institution received many social donations,but in the process of donation work,various problems were exposed.In the situation of public health emergencies,it is very important to quickly and accurately identify and locate specific problems and solve them effectively.Firstly,this paper takes the medical institution in X city as the research object,uses the case analysis method and BP neural network method to analyze the positioning of the weak links in its donation process.First,sort out and analyze the actual situation since the start of the donation work,and divide the donation process into three links: donation link,management link,and receiving link.According to the survey form results,and the sample format of data attributes(question survey table questions)-data labels(specific weak links),a basic data set of the material donation process of a medical institution was constructed.Then,using the established material donation basic data set,established the three-layer BP neural network model for locating the weak links in the donation process is developed and programmed.The prediction accuracy and generalization ability of the model are verified and examined.Finally,using the established BP neural network model,taking the results of the second batch of question survey forms after emergency medical institutions have been operating for a while as new sample input,and predicting and positioning the prominent weak link in the material donation process at this stage as the management link,and provide targeted solutions.The procedures established in this paper can provide a reference for the scientific optimization of the same type of emergency management process,promote the informatization and intelligence of modern medical institutions,and hope to provide a reference for responding and handling public health emergencies in the future.
