Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture therapy combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in treating post-stroke lower limb spasm, and to compare and analyze the treatment results of combined therapy with simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture therapy,so as to explore the optimal treatment plan for post-stroke lower limb spasm. Methods: The study subjects were all from the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the treatment period was from February2020 to October 2020,with a total of 60 cases. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received basic drug therapy, rehabilitation therapy and simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture therapy, the course of treatment was 6 times a week, once a day, each time for about 30 minutes, continuous treatment for 2 weeks;Observation group was combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group, the treatment course was the same as the control group. The physical data of patients in the two groups were collected before and after treatment, and the scores of patients in each group were recorded according to clinical spasm index score,Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale of Lower Extremity,MBI.Finally, data analysis software SPSS25.0 was used to build a research database, and carry out analysis and research. Results: There were no significant differences in clinical spasm index score,Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale of Lower Extremity and MBI score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).After treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1."Regulating yin and yang" acupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture therapy can reduce the degree of lower limb spasm and improve the motor function of lower limbs.2."Regulating yin and yang" acupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has better clinical efficacy than simple "regulating yin and yang" acupuncture therapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
