Clinical Study Of Jianpi Quyou Decotion Combined With Quadruple Therapy On Hp Related Gastritis Of Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency

Objective Studying the therapeutic results of Jianpi Quyou Decotion on Hp related gastritis of spleen and stomach qi deficiency to evaluate its clinical efficacy and explore its mechanism preliminarily.Methods Chose 60 patients diagnosed with Hp related gastritis of spleen and stomach Qi deficiency in digestive department of Inner Mongolia TCM Hospital between December 2020 and May 2021.30 patients were into the experimental group,the rest of patients entered the control group.The grouping method is random and fair.Two groups were given the therapy of quadruple medicine,and the experimental group with the addition of Jianpi Quyou Decotion.The finish time of taking drugs was 14 days later.Recorded two groups’ Chinese medicine symptom integral,detected two groups’ the ball coli percentage,hs–CRP and TNF-a levels before and after the treatment,13 or 14 C C breath test examination after 4 weeks of treatment,march electronic gastroscopy after 3 months of treatment.Then calculated statistical date and estimate the final efficacy.Results 1.Comparison of Hp eradication rate: the 86.67% Hp eradication rate in experimental experimental group had no difference with 76.67% in the control group(P>0.05).2.Transformation of TCM Symptom Score: the post-treatment individual symptom integral as well as total integral of two groups were below former integral.(P < 0.05,P < 0.01). Although the scores of epigastrium fullness,weakness,poor appetite,hypothermia of extremities,diarrhea and total integral of both groups after taking medicine were below the pre-treatment score,the experimental group made greater outcomes(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),the two groups had resemblance in epigastric pain and postprandial aggravation score(P > 0.05).3.Contrast of TCM syndrome efficacy: the great disparity was shown in 93.33% and 80.00%effective rate of TCM syndrome,the former one came from experimental group and the latter one came from control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of gastric mucosa efficiency: via gastroscopy and pathology examination,the repair rate of gastric mucosa was 76.67% and70.00%,the control group efficiency did not exceed another group(P < 0.05).5.Proportion of the ball coli: because of treatment,ball coli ratio had opposite effects in different groups.Ball coli proportion of experimental and control group increased and decreased respectively(P < 0.01).This fact suggested that increasing group was superior to decreasing group(P<0.01).6.Comparison of serum inflammatory factors: under influence of medication,all patients’ serum hs-CRP and TNF-α levels dropped very much(P < 0.01),and experimental group has greater falling degree(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of quadruple therapy with and without Jianpi Quyou Decotion was similar in eradicating Hp infection,but adding Jianpi Quyou Decotion had better effect in clinical remission,relieving gastric mucosa inflammation,repairing gastric mucosa injury,increasing ball coli proportion,alleviating inflammatory reaction.
