| Objective. This study, analyzed the efficacy of the Psycho-cardiology medical model in the anxiety and depression state of patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)combined with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and initially explored the therapeutic significance of the Psycho-cardiology medical model in the anxiety and depression state of patients with CAD combined with hypertension and T2 DM,to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods.A total of 98 patients with CAD combined with hypertension and T2 DM admitted to Hulunbuir people’s Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were included in this study and divided into 49 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the intervention group using digital random sampling method. The control group was given conventional treatment for patients with CAD combined with hypertension and T2 DM,while the intervention group was given conventional treatment combined with Psycho-cardiology medical model treatment(drug therapy and psychological guidance).During the treatment period, the patients were followed up regularly and the treatment plan was adjusted according to their conditions. The patients were intervened once at 7 days,1month,3 months, and 6 months after enrollment. After each intervention, anxiety and depression scales, blood pressure, blood glucose(GLU),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and blood lipids were measured, and the results were recorded.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The changes of the above indicators in the control group and the intervention group before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results.1.After statistical analysis of the basic information of the two groups of patients, the results showed that there was a statistical difference between the genders of the enrolled patients(P<0.05),and the female patients were more than the male patients;the number of coronary artery lesion vessels was statistically different(P<0.05),the proportion of patients with three-vessel coronary artery disease was higher, and anxiety and depression were more than those with single-vessel and double-vessel coronary artery disease. The number of hospitalization days was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the number of hospitalization days in the intervention group was less than that in the control group.2.Statistical analysis of the data indicators of the two groups of patients, the results suggested that the intervention group at day 7 and 1 month after enrollment, the self-rating somatic symptom scale score(SSS score),health questionnaire depressive symptom cluster scale(PHQ-9 score),generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7 score),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale scores, the degree of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, blood glucose(GLU),were statistically different compared with the control group during the same period(P< 0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the comparison of other indicators(P> 0.05).3.Statistical analysis of the data indicators of the two groups, the results suggested that the glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the intervention group at 3 and 6 months after enrollment were statistically different compared with the control group at the same period(P< 0.05),while other indicators were not statistically different compared(P>0.05).4.After statistical analysis of the data of the intervention group patients’ SSS score,PHQ-9 score,GAD-7 score,PSQI score, degree of clinical symptoms,BP,GLU,HbA1 c,TG,and LDL-C before enrollment and after enrollment at different time points of day 7,1 month,3 months, and 6 months were processed, the results suggested that with the passage of time points, the patients’ SSS score,PHQ-9 score,GAD-7 score, and PSQI scale scores, degree of clinical symptoms, blood pressure and blood glucosegradually decreased with statistical significance(P<0.01);HbA1 c began to gradually decrease in the first month after enrollment, and there were differences, with statistical significance(P<0.01);TG and LDL-C began to gradually decrease in the third month after enrollment, and there were differences, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion.Patients with CAD combined with hypertension and T2 DM combined with anxiety and depressive states had more female patients than male patients in the population ratio;and patients with three coronary artery lesions had more anxiety and depression than patients with single and double coronary artery lesions. After giving the Psycho-cardiology dual heart medicine model to treat patients with CAD combined with hypertension and T2 DM combined with anxiety and depression status,short-term improvements in anxiety and depression status, degree of clinical symptoms,BP,GLU,and sleep quality;reduction of hospital stay;and improvement of HbAlc,TG,and LDL-C over time were observed. The Psycho-cardiology medical model is beneficial for patients with CAD combined with hypertension and T2 DM combined with anxiety and depressive states, and is of great significance to the development and prognosis of the disease. |
