Objective Discussion on the effect of Avetubole on the functional effect of the blood sneakers in rats with chronic hepatopathic platelet reduction model rats.Methods A total of 60 100-120 g of male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups,blank group,model group,model + positive pharmaceutical group,model + experimental drug low dose group,model + experimental drug dose group and model + experimental drug High dose group.10 per group.Give all model composition mode processing,and all rat epigeval blood test is carried out every 3 weeks.Monitoring indicators include platelet count(PLT)and biochemical indicators(Alt;Ast;TBIL,ALB).PLT <300 × 109 / L modeling successfully,divide all model groups into 5 groups according to random digital table,model group,model + positive pharmaceutical group,model + experimental drug low dose group,model + experimental medicine Dose group and model + experimental drug high dose group.The blank group did not give any medication,the model group gave a biological saline,and the model low high group was given a low high dose of anapex,and the positive pharmaceutical group was administered under the injection.After administration 5 days,hematopranometer was taken after 5 days,blood biochemical(Alt;Ast;TBIL,Alb),platelet function indicator(thromboxin B2;plasmaβ-plateletopenoplasm;platelet fourth factor;liver HE dye).Results There were significant differences in PLT,TBi L and AST in the six groups of rats during the modeling period,and the p values were statistically significant(p < 0.001).After administration,the PLT of the model + low-dose test drug group and the model + high-dose test drug group was significantly higher than that of the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.001).There was no statistical difference in AST,ALT,TBIL and ALB before and after administration in each group,and there was no statistical difference in platelet function indexes PF4,TXB2 and β-TG before and after administration,which proved that avatrombopag had no effect on liver function and platelet function in rats.Influence.Conclusion 1.Avatrombopag increases platelet count in thrombocytopenic rats with chronic liver disease.2.Avatrombopag has no significant effect on platelet function in chronic liver disease thrombocytopenia rats.3.Avatrombopag had no significant effect on the liver function of thrombocytopenia rats with chronic liver disease.4.There was no significant difference in platelet count between avatrombopag and terbiao in increasing chronic liver disease thrombocytopenia rats.
