| Objective This study is to investigate the effect of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving paste acupoint application on the improvement of clinical symptoms,recurrence of adenoma and safety in patients with colorectal adenoma with deficiency of spleen and stomach after operation,and to explore a "green",safe,simple and long-term use.The treatment method with few side effects and high compliance provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of acupoint application of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment.Methods The subjects were all from January 2020 to June 2020 in the outpatient department,inpatient department and physical examination center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,who were diagnosed with colorectal adenoma and diagnosed as spleen-stomach deficiency-cold syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.They were divided into observation group(41 people)and placebo group(41 people)by random number table method.Physicians in the endoscopic center of our hospital performed electronic colonoscopy for resection of colorectal adenomas,routine treatment after operation,and medication was started 1 week after operation.For the sticking treatment,the two groups were affixed once a day for 6 hours,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The symptom scores of the two groups were recorded before surgery,4 weeks after treatment,and 1 year after surgery.After 4 weeks of treatment,blood pressure,electrocardiogram,liver function,and renal function were monitored,and colonoscopy was reviewed 1 year after surgery.Statistical software was used toanalyze the data,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jingpi Tongjing Zhitong ointment acupoint sticking for 4 weeks(short-term)and 1 year after surgery(long-term),the efficacy of prevention and treatment of adenoma recurrence and the safety.Result1 Short-term efficacy: evaluation of total symptom scores within the group:observation group P=0.000,with statistical significance,placebo group P=0.390,no statistical significance;evaluation of total symptom scores between groups: P=0.000,with statistical significance,indicating acupoint application of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment can improve the curative effect of patients’ recent clinical symptoms.2 Long-term efficacy: evaluation of the total symptom score within the group:P=0.000 in the observation group,P=0.007 in the placebo group,both with statistical significance;comparison of the total symptom score between the groups: P=0.000,with statistical significance,indicating acupoint application of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment can improve the long-term clinical symptoms.3 The total effective rate was 67.5% in the observation group and 27.5% in the placebo group,P=0.000,which was statistically significant,indicating that the total effective rate of symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the placebo group.(4)Single symptom score: lack of appetite,abdominal distension,intolerance of cold and cold limbs,abdominal pain,loose stool P<0.05,it is statistically significant,indicating that all have been improved;fatigue,vomiting water,feeling tired and lazy to speak P> 0.05,which is not statistically significant,indicating no improvement.(5)Adenoma recurrence effect: the recurrence rates of the observation group and the placebo group were 37.5% and 42.5%,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than the placebo group in terms of postoperative recurrence rate of colorectal adenomas,but the statistical analysis P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.(6)Safety indicators: Adverse reactions: 1 patient in the observation group had repeated redness,swelling and tingling at the application site,and it fell off;no obvious side effects were found in the placebo group.Laboratory examination: The two groups of indicators were normal before and after treatment,and P>0.05,there was no statistical difference,blood pressure and electrocardiogram had no abnormal changes compared with preoperative,indicating that the acupoint application of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment had few adverse reactions and was safe and reliable.Conclusion(1)The short-term and long-term clinical symptoms of patients with colorectal adenoma with deficiency of spleen and stomach were treated by acupoint sticking with Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment.(2)The acupoint application of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment has a significant effect on the symptoms of poor appetite,abdominal distension,intolerance of cold and cold limbs,abdominal pain,loose stools,etc.But it has no obvious improvement on the symptoms of fatigue and fatigue,vomiting of water,and lazy speech.(3)Due to the short treatment time of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving ointment,the recurrence rate of colorectal adenoma in the observation group was lower than that in the placebo group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups.Whether it can prevent the recurrence of adenoma remains to be confirmed.(4)The acupoint application of Jianpi Tongjing pain relieving paste is easy to operate,with few side effects and high safety,which provides ideas for exploring acupoint application to prevent and treat colorectal adenomas. |
