Yiqi Tiao Zhong Powder Combined With Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Patients(Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Accumulation Type)

Objective:To observe the overall efficacy,efficacy of Chinese medical evidence,efficacy of mucosal lesions,intestinal flora and recurrence of ulcerative colitis patients with spleen deficiency and dampness in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Chinese herbal medicine(Yi Qi Tuning Zhong San Formula)combined with Mesalazine Enteric Dissolve Tablets,and to make a comprehensive evaluation of its safety after 2 months of drug withdrawal.Methods:A total of 60 UC patients with clinical diagnosis in remission,mild to moderate disease,and TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation were collected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric tablets and the observation group was treated with Yi Qi Tong Zhong San together with the control group.A single course of treatment was administered for 4 weeks.The overall efficacy,symptoms,mucosal lesions,changes in intestinal flora and return rate were evaluated before and after treatment in both groupsResults:①Total efficacy comparison:The total validity rates of the observation and control groups were 90.0%and 83.3%,respectively(P>0.05),with no statistical difference.②TCM Evidence Efficacy Comparison:Higher evidence rate in the monitoring group compared to the training group(93.3%>73.3%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).③Comparison of efficacy rating of mucosal lesions:The mucosal pathologic change efficacy rate was better in the monitoring group(90.0%)than in the contrasting group(66.7%),which was statistically significant at P<0.05.④Evaluation of the bowel flora:The number of bacteria,increased lactobacilli and bifidobacteria was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the intra-group comparison between the two groups has a role in maintaining the balance of intestinal flora,with statistical significance.Academic significance(P<0.05).⑤After two months of treatment,the patients were visited regularly and the data were statistically found that the recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yi Qi Tuning Zhong San and Mesalazine Enteric Dissolve Tablets is more effective than Mesalazine Enteric Dissolve Tablets alone in ulcerative colitis,and the combination of Chinese medicine and Mesalazine Enteric Dissolve Tablets is more effective in improving the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms and mucosal lesions.The combination of Yi Qi Tuning Zhong San and Mesalazine Enteric Dissolve can effectively improve the micro-ecological balance of intestinal flora in UC patients and prolong the recurrence cycle of UC patients,with minimal side effects and guaranteed safety.
