| Objective:This study will compare the clinical effectiveness of drug-coated stent combined with drug-coated stent combined with common balloon in the coronary artery,check the Lp-PLA2 levels in patients after the two treatments,and compare the Lp-PLA2 levels after the two treatments,to provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of the clinical role of the drug balloon.Methods: Selected in December 2020-December 2021 in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region people’s hospital of cardiovascular medicine confirmed by coronary angiography without left trunk bifurcation lesions and signed surgical informed consent and interventional treatment of patients with 100 cases,divided into drug coated stents and drug coated stents combined with common balloon treatment group 50 cases.General clinical data were collected for both groups,including age,gender,BMI,hs-CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,Lp-PLA2,Gensini score,smoking history,and history of hypertension History of diabetes and basic medication,Lp-PLA2 levels were recorded before and postoperative follow up.Using statistical method to compare clinical conditions and biochemical indicators of each group of patients,and calculate LP-PLA2 level and Gensini score,hs-CRP,medication,and traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease,for each enrolled at least 3 months of follow-up,record MACE during postoperative hospitalization and follow-up of MACE,M A C E including sudden cardiac death,acute myocardial infarction,acute heart failure,angina pectoris requiring admission.Using SPSS 23.0 Software analyzed data.Results: Comparison of the indicators between the two groups showed no significant difference in sex,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,clopidogrel,ticagrelor,atorvastatin and pivastatin(P> 0.05).TC,TG,LDL-C,Glu,BMI,hs-CRP and Gensini t-test(P> 0.05),and HDL-C was significantly higher in the drug-coated stents combined with drug-coated balloon than the drug-coated stents combined with common balloon(P <0.05).After two independent sample t-test analysis,the first two treatment groups of Lp-PLA2 differences(P> 0.05),Lp-PLA2 differences after treatment,and drug-coated balloon treatment was less than the drug-coated group(P <0.05)by t-test(P <0.05),and both groups decreased after treatment.The results of univariate linear regression analysis showed a significant correlation between treatment mode,diabetes,hs-CRP,Gensini score and Lp-PLA2(r> 0,P <0.05)),And there was a significant negative relationship between treatment mode and treatment Lp-PLA2(β<0),diabetes,hs-CRP,Gensini score and post-treatment Lp-PLA2(β> 0),that is,drug-coated stent combined with drug balloon treatment group,diabetes history,higher hs-CRP,higher Gensini score,and higher Lp-PLA2 index after treatment.None of the remaining indicators were significantly associated with Lp-PLA2 after treatment(P>0.05).Multiple linear regression results revealed that the treatment modality,hs-CRP,and Gensin The integral affected the independent factors of Lp-PLA2 after treatment,and the higher the drug-treated group,the higher the CRP,and the higher the Lp-PLA2 index after treatment.History of associated diabetes was not an independent factor affecting Lp-PLA2(P> 0.05)Conclusions:1.Drug-coated stent combined with drug balloon and common balloon are equally safe and effective for coronary non-left trunk bifurcation lesions in the short term;2.Detection of Lp-PLA2 level can reflect the severity of coronary lesions;3.Lp-PLA2 level is significantly lower than drug balloon group,indicating inhibiting inflammatory response;4.Lp-PLA2 level combined with common balloon therapy,diabetes history,hs-CRP level and Gensini score,and Lp-PLA2 after treatment The higher the levels of Lp-PLA2... |
