| Objective To observe the effect of press needle combined with Vit B6 on the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia. Methods Selected 400 patients with elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy,aged18-65 years old,ASA I-II grade. The patients were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=100)by random number table method: control group(group A),acupuncture bilaterally Neiguan point group(group B),Vit B6 group(group C),bilateral acupuncture acupuncture bilaterally Neiguan point combined with Vit B6 group(group D).Group A: 200 ml of normal saline was intravenously infused after induction of anesthesia;Group B: before induction of anesthesia, the press needles buried at bilateral Neiguan points, and pressed for 2 minutes before routine induction.Saline200ml;group C: intravenous infusion of Vit B6 200mg(diluted with 200 ml normal saline)after induction of anesthesia;group D: before induction of anesthesia, the press needles buried at bilateral Neiguan points, and the routine induction was performed after pressing for 2 minutes, and the needles were retained until 24 h after the operation,Vit B6 200 mg(diluted with 200 ml normal saline)was infused intravenously after induction.30 min,2h,6h,12 h,24h after surgery were selected to observe and record the occurrence and severity of PONV,and record the time of first exhaust and hospitalization. Results Within 24 hours after operation, the incidence of PONV in groups B,C,and D was significantly lower than that in group A(p <0.01),and the incidence in group D was lower than that in groups B and C(p < 0.05).There was no difference between group C and group C(p >0.05);in the T1 and T2 time periods, the incidence of PONV in group D was lower than that in group A(p<0.05);in the T3 time period, the incidence of PONV in group C and D group lower than that of group A(p<0.05);in the T4 time period, the incidence of PONV in groups B and D was lower than that in group A(p<0.05);in the T5 time period, there was no statistical difference in the incidence of PONV among the four groups significance(P>0.05).Compared with group A,the incidences of PONV grades II and III in group B,C and D were significantly lower(P<0.05).Among patients with PONV grade IV,there was no significant difference between the four groups.Compared with group A,the number of postoperative salvage use of antiemetics in group B,C and D decreased(P<0.05);the use of antiemetic among the three groups There was no statistical difference(P>0.05);among the four groups, the time required for the first postoperative exhaust in group D was significantly shortened(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hospitalization time among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia, the intervention measures of press needle stimulation at Neiguan point or intravenous injection of Vit B6 alone, and the joint intervention of the two both can reduce the incidence of PONV and promote their postoperative recovery;Of them, the joint intervention of press needle stimulation at Neiguan Point and intravenous injection of Vit B6 can significantly reduce the incidence of PONV and accelerate the recovery of patients’ gastrointestinal function after the operation. |
