Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and the occurrence of fractional radiofrequency combined with platelet rich plasma in the treatment of acne atrophic scar. Methods : According to the admission criteria,60 patients with facial acne atrophic scar diagnosed in our department were selected and randomly divided into observation group(fractional radiofrequency with platelet rich plasma therapy)and control group(fractional radiofrequency treatment),30 patients in each group, the treatment course is 3 times, and the treatment interval is 4 weeks. Before treatment, collect general information of patients and photos of the treatment area, inform relevant matters needing attention and sign relevant consent forms. The ECCA scores of 2 groups before treatment,1 month after the first therapy,1 month after the second treatment and 1 month after the third treatment were recorded according to ECCA(echelle d’evaluation clinique des cicatrices d’acne)grading scale, and the ECCA decline index(SSRI)was calculated to compare the treatment effects of the two schemes. The eschar formation time, complete eschar removal time, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction rate after treatment were recorded and analyzed.Results:1.Analysis of basic data:statistical analysis of skin type, age, gender and other general basic data showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.ECCA score analysis:ECCA scores in both groups decreased after treatment, and showed a more obvious downward trend with the increase of treatment times, the decrease difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in ECCA scores between the two groups 1 month after the first treatment(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference 1 month after the second and third treatments(P < 0.05).3.Clinical efficacy analysis:two groups after 1 course of treatment, the total effective rate was 86.67% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was clearly higher than that of the control group, and the difference in curative effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average scab formation time in the observation group was(2.93±1.07)days and scab removal time was(8.05±1.68)days,while the average scab formation time in the control group was(3.69±1.05)days and scab removal time was(10.06±1.38)days.The time of scab formation and scab removal in the two groups were all obvious difference(P<0.05).4.Adverse reactions analysis:no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of treatment. The total incidence of untoward effect in the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(46.67%),and the difference in untoward effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Patients’ subjective satisfaction analysis:the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was visible higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the satisfaction difference was statistical criteria(P<0.05).Conclusion:fractional radiofrequency combined with platelet rich plasma can improve the therapeutic effect of acne atrophic scar, reduce the occurrence of untoward effect, and increase the patient’s satisfaction rate. The combined treatment is superior to single fractional radiofrequency treatment.
