Objective:To explore the correlation between gallstones and liver function indexes, glycemic index and blood lipid index. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed and randomly selected 200 patients diagnosed with gallbladder stones in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital as the case group, and randomly selected healthy people with complete case data at a 1:1 ratio using the R language sample function as the control group. The differences in liver function, blood glucose and blood lipids were compared between the two groups. The data with a normal distribution in the data is measured as:(mean±sd),and the t-test is use d for comparison between groups;the data with non-normal distribution is expressed as:median[IQR],and the Mann-test is used for comparison between groups Whitney rank sum test;enumeration data and rank data were expressed as constituent ratios, and chi-square test was used for comparison between groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to do the correlation between the indicators, and binary logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between the indicators and the disease. All statistical analyses were performed under spss v26.0.Results:After 1:1 random sampling by the R language sample function,200 cases were included in the case group and the control group. After statistical analysis, there were differences between the two groups in ALT,AST,DBIL,and ALB,with statistical significance(p<0.05).There was no statistical difference in TBIL and GLU(p>0.05);the comparative statistical analysis of electrolytes between the two groups showed that there was no difference in the three indicators of K~+,Na~+and Cl~-,and there was no statistical significance(p>0.05);the comparative analysis of the four indicators of CHOL,TG,DHDL and DLDL in the two groups showed statistical significance(p<0.05);the statistical conclusion of the prevalence of different genders between the two groups was also obtained It was found that there were differences in the prevalence between different genders, among which the prevalence was higher in women(p<0.05).Among them, people aged 46-60 are more likely to suffer from gallstones, there is a difference, and the results are statistically significant(p<0.05).After Pearson correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis, the prevalence of gallstones and DHDL were obtained. There was a negative correlation between ALB and CHOL,and a positive correlation between CHOL,TG,DLDL,DBIL and age. Conclusion:The comparative analysis of the two groups showed that there were statistical differences between ALT,AST,DBIL,ALB,CHOL,TG,DHDL,and DLDL(p<0.05),and according to the correlation analysis, the difference between gallstones and DHDL and ALB was negative correlation;and positive correlation with CHOL,TG,DLDL,DBIL and age.
