| Background: The mental health of pregnant women has important influence on the health and safety of mother and child.There is no in-depth study on the group psychological intervention of negative emotion in pregnant women.Therefore,we conducted sysemaic group psychological intervention for pregnant women in order to effectively improve the emotional problems druing pregnancy and prevent the occurrence of anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum.Objective: To analyze the effect of group counseling in improving the negative emotion of pregant women,we conducted group counseling for pregant women with obvious anxiety and depression.Methods: A total of 672 cases of pregant women were chosen from three-A Maternity Hospital in Baotou during March to September 2017.198 pregnant women with obvious negative emotion and voluntary participation were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group conducted group counseling,while the control group did not give any form of intervention.Results: 1.The incidence of anxiety and depression during pregnancy was 18.75% and 24.40% respectively.Overall life satisfaction of pregnant women is higher.The negative emotions of pregnant women were significantly correlated with the delivery mode,postpartum and breast-feeding.2.The study on group psychological intervention of pregnant women showed that scores of SAS,SDS and negative emotion were significantly lower than that before intervention(t=10.647;t=13.572;t=10.173,p<0.001),and the score of postive emotion was significantly higher than that before intervention(t=7.836,p<0.001).There was no significant difference in all aspects in the control group.In the intervention group,the number of cases of change in the willingness to give birth was obiviously more than that in the control group,and the rate of natural delivery in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.351,p<0.05).The incidence of depression in the intervention group(35.4%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(72.3%).The breast-feeding rate of the intervention group(57.6%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(35.4%).Conclusions: Group counseling can effectively prevent and solve the prenatal emotional problems of pregnant women,improve the natural delivery rate and brest-feeding rate,and effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum depression. |
