Effects Of Different Blood Purification Methods On Calcium And Phosphorus Metabolism In Uremic Patients | | Posted on:2023-07-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Shao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2544306905455444 | Subject:Internal Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: This paper mainly analyzes the effects of different dialysis methods on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in uremic patients. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,30 new patients who had been treated with low-flux hemodialysis、high-flux hemodialysis、 hemodiafiltration and Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis for more than 6 months in Huangshan people’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis. The four groups of patients underwent blood transfusion at 0,3 and 6 months of dialysis treatment Determination and comparison of calcium, phosphorus, calcium phosphorus product and parathyroid hormone(PTH).Blood was drawn before dialysis in hemodialysis group and fasting in peritoneal dialysis group in the morning. The data were expressed in mean soil standard deviation to explore which dialysis method can correct calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in uremic patients and prevent Secondary hyperparathyrodism(SHPT)and other complications that seriously affect the quality of life and reduce the survival rate are more positive. Results: 1.The effect of blood calcium: the changes of blood calcium level before and after treatment in the four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood calcium levels among the four groups after 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).2.The effect of blood phosphorus: there was no significant difference in blood phosphorus level before and after treatment in LFHD group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in blood phosphorus level before and after treatment in HFHD group,CAPD group and HD+HDF group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the decline rate of blood phosphorus among the four groups(P<0.05).CAPD group was better than HFHD group and HFHD group was better than HD+HDF group.3.The effect of Parathyroid hormone(PTH): there was no significant difference in PTH level before and after treatment in LFHD group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in PTH level before and after treatment in HFHD group,CAPD group and LFHD+HDF group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the decline rate of PTH among the four groups(P<0.05).CAPD group was better than HFHD group,HFHD group was better than HD+HDF group, and LFHD group was the lowest. Conclusion: CAPD and HFHD can effectively improve the disorder of high phosphorus and i PTH in uremic patients, and CAPD was better than HFHD,which have a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of SHPT. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | High-flux hemodialysis(HFHD), Hemodiafiltration(HDF), Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD), Calcium and phosphorus metabolism | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
