| Objective:Taking clinical learning environment,professional commitment and learning investment as the entry point,this paper describes the current situation of the three and explores the relationship between the three,in order to provide reference for improving the level of learning investment of nursing students and provide new ideas for improving learning harvest and academic achievement.Methods:This study adopted the convenience sampling method,and selected 318 nursing students at the end of their internship in 5 hospitals in a city from March to May 2021 as the research objects.The research tools used general information questionnaire,clinical learning environment evaluation scale,college student professional commitment questionnaire and learning engagement scale to investigate the clinical learning environment evaluation,professional commitment and learning investment of nursing students at the end of the internship.SPSS23.0 tool was used to analyze and study relevant survey data.The analysis methods in this study are mainly divided into five types:the first is statistical description method and independent sample test method,the second is single factor analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis method,and the last is data model analysis of mediation effect.Results:l.The clinical learning environment evaluation of nursing students was 3.80±0.59,each dimensions are divided from high to low(3.89±0.64),innovative(3.86±0.66),working atmosphere(3.83±0.66),student participation(3.81±0.62),interpersonal relationship(3.78±0.70),personalized(3.68±0.68).Professional commitments are all into 3.68±0.50,each dimension is divided from high to low into emotional commitment(3.73±0.55),ideal commitment(3.55±0.67),continuing commitment(3.45±0.50)and normative commitment(4.04±0.60).The learning investment was divided into 4.70±1.03,each dimension is equally divided from high to low as motivation(4.92±1.07),energy(4.62±1.09)and focus(4.54±1.08).2.Correlation analysis resultsThe results showed that there was a significant correlation between the clinical learning environment,professional commitment and learning investment(P<0.01).Nursing students’clinical learning environment can positively predict learning investment(r=0.2707,P<0.01),nursing students’ clinical learning environment can positively predict professional commitment(r=0.3121,P<0.01),and nursing students’ professional commitment can positively predict Learning investment(r=0.7864,P<0.01).3.Intermediary analysis resultsThe results of hierarchical regression analysis model 1 and model 2 showed that there was a certain difference in the learning input level of nurses with different educational backgrounds in the practice stage,and the difference in the learning input level was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the learning input of nursing students with less than bachelor’s degree was higher.In model 1,the nursing students who are confident in the nursing prospect have a statistically significant difference in learning investment level compared with those who have no confidence in the nursing prospect(P<0.05),and the nursing students who are confident in the nursing prospect have higher learning investment level.However,in model 2,compared with the nursing students who had no confidence in the nursing prospect,the difference in the level of learning investment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Taking general data with significant relationships in hierarchical multiple regression(gender,level of study,choice to fill in the report,confidence in nursing prospects)as control variables,clinical learning environment as independent variable,learning investment as dependent variable and professional commitment as mediator variable.PROCESS results show that clinical the 95%CI of the total and indirect effects of the learning environment on learning investment does not include 0,and the 95%CI of the direct effect of the clinical learning environment on learning investment includes 0.Therefore,professional commitment plays a mediating role between the clinical learning environment and learning investment,effect.Among them,the Bootstrap 95%confidence interval of the total effect of clinical learning environment evaluation on learning investment is[0.2006,0.3408],excluding 0,indicating that the clinical learning environment has a significant effect on the total effect of learning investment(c=0.2707,P<0.001).The bootstrap 95%confidence interval of the direct effect of learning environment evaluation on learning investment is[-0.054,0.1047],including 0,indicating that the direct effect of clinical learning environment on learning investment is not significant(c’=0.0252,P>0.05).The bootstrap 95%confidence interval of the indirect effect of commitment is[0.1563,0.3471],excluding 0,indicating that professional commitment has a significant mediating effect between clinical learning environment evaluation and learning investment(a*b=0.2455,P<0.001).That is to say,the influence of nursing students’ clinical learning environment on learning investment is realized through the mediating effect of professional commitment,and professional commitment plays a mediating role between clinical learning environment evaluation and learning investment.Conclusion:1.Nursing students’ clinical learning environment,professional commitment and learning investment are all at a moderate level.2.The clinical learning environment of nursing students can positively predict learning investment and professional commitment,and nursing students’ professional commitment can positively predict learning investment.3.Professional commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between clinical learning environment and learning investment. |
