| In recent years,as the spread of Covid-19 and aging population having dramatically increased the domestic medical demand,how to reasonably allocate limited medical resources,effectively make diagnosis efficient,and prevent the conflicts between medical supply and demand has become one of the most important problems suffered by medical system.Being the core of medical system,operating center’s efficiency not only directly affects the whole functionality of hospital,but also is closely related to the cure of each patient.C Hospital,a large municipal tertiary first-class hospital,is urgent to improve its traditional procedure(carrying out anesthesia and operation in the operating room simultaneously)which is uncapable to meet the rapidly increasing demand for operation.In latest years,the concept of applying anesthesia in non-operating room,referring to separating anesthesia work from traditional two-stage scheduling of "operation-recovery" as another stage by setting up an independent room.The new three-stage scheduling makes the operation of operating room more efficient by refining professional and standardized division work.However,most researches currently focus on applying anesthesia in operating room or two-stage scheduling,and the base of the theory about flexible job shop scheduling might be relatively insufficient.In addition,the research results and related applications of three-stage scheduling are not prevalent either.Under this circumstance,this paper aims to applying the concept of adopting anesthesia in non-operating room to specifically solve C Hospital’s practical problem.Via on-site investigation,modeling construction,and algorithm,the author finalized the proposal designing to optimize process of operation center.The main contributions are as follows:(1)Academically finding out the core problems of C Hospital.Through practically investigating,the core problems were identified,and the key factors affecting the operation scheduling were deeply analyzed,which provide the foundations for constructing operation scheduling model.(2)Constructing three-stage scheduling,and obtaining an optimal solution with the help of improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.Based on the flexible job shop scheduling model,this paper firstly made expansions and corrections by synthesizing actual constraints,then selected the most optimal parameters and testing performance from the integrated and improved NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm,and finally combined these selected factors with the case of C Hospital and achieved ideal results.(3)Proposing optimization plan for C Hospital based on theoretical results.Firstly,this paper clarifies the objectives and principles of the plan;secondly,it tailors optimal process and recognizes relevant responsibilities for anesthesia room,operating room,and recovery room;finally,the framework of the operation scheduling system is designed based on the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,the system interface is developed to realize the automatic monitoring and management.In short,this paper adopts the theory of flexible job shop scheduling to construct a threestage scheduling model and makes further explanations,which not only makes up for the lack of literatures about carrying out anesthesia in non-operating room,but also provides abundant supplements to the research about surgical scheduling.To some extent,this paper also enriches the application of flexible job shop scheduling theory.At the same time,the applications of the optimized surgical scheduling and system interface in this paper could greatly improve the operation efficiency of C Hospital,and provide important lessons about operation scheduling for hospitals’ managements. |
