PPH Surgery And External Strip Internal Tied In Contrast Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Mixed Hemorrhoid

Objective: By comparing research stapling hemorrhoids mucosa fibrotomy(PPH)and outer shell pierced(MM)the clinical curative effect of mixed hemorrhoid surgery,postoperative complications,and long-term recurrence rate,respectively from the clinical curative effect,the postoperative complications and recurrence forward these three aspects to discuss and MM PPH surgery for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of operative methods,provided a reference for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid surgery for the future.Methods: In clinical trials,60 patients were randomly selected,according to the different methods of operation are divided into A,B two groups,each group 30 patients.As experimental group A PPH group,the group B as control MM group,each group 30 cases,treated by PPH surgery group A and group B with traditional treatment,within the outer shell and follow up on all of the patients,the main index for clinical effect,the postoperative complications,and long-term follow-up recurrence rate in three aspects.Results: Statistics obtained by PPH group and the MM group in surgery clinical result is p > 0.05,no statistically significant differences between the;PPH after voiding dysfunction than mm,the two groups in postoperative urination has statistical difference(P < 0.05);PPH group can significantly reduce postoperative pain,two sets of statistical results(P < 0.05).With statistical significance;PPH group postoperative edema index score is lower than that of the MM group,while in bleeding and mm group compared with no statistical significance.The long-term recurrence rate of PPH group was significantly higher than that of MM group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the MM group,the PPH group was prone to relapse,and the long-term complications of the PPH group were more than that of the MM group.Compared with the MM group,the PPH group significantly reduced the postoperative pain,but also can reduce the edema of the anal skin.But the PPH group compared with the MM group after the occurrence of more difficult urination.There was no difference between the PPH group and the traditional operation in the postoperative hemorrhage.After PPH,the blood supply of anal cushion can not be reduced to normal.It is theoretically concluded that the mechanism of therapeutic action of blocking the blood supply of the anal cushion is to be discussed.PPH is not perfect,and the same as the traditional surgery,there are advantages and disadvantages,we can not be free to replace another kind of surgery,PPH only as a way to supplement the hemorrhoids surgery.
