| As part of the implementation of the new drug reform plan,a large number of private and foreign capital flowed into the medical market,and many private and foreign hospitals appeared.With the continuous development of the medical market,the competition between hospitals is becoming increasingly fierce,but the most important competition is still the competition between talents.Therefore,if the hospital wants to always be in the leading position in the fierce market competition,it must pay attention to the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.At present,the quality level of employees has a very important impact on the survival and development of the hospital.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the competitiveness of the hospital,which is also the top priority to maintain the competitive advantage of the hospital.In order to find the countermeasures to improve the quality of hospital staff,this paper will make an in-depth analysis of the hospital staff training system.This paper selects NH hospital as the research object.Through the analysis of the current situation of hospital talent training,this paper finds out the existing problems and causes,and puts forward meaningful optimization countermeasures according to the causes of the problems.The specific contents of this paper are as follows;(1)introduce the relevant theories of employee training,and understand the principles and specific improvement ideas of talent training system optimization.(2)Analyze the actual development of NH hospital,understand the current situation of talent training,analyze the talent training system from a long-term perspective according to the development strategy of the hospital,find out representative problems,deeply analyze the problems and understand the specific causes of the problems.(3)According to relevant concepts and theories,combined with the actual development of 100 million yuan,especially for the problems and reasons found in hospital staff training,establish an effective and high-quality talent training mechanism,and put forward targeted optimization and improvement suggestions.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can further enrich the talent training theory,help NH hospital improve and optimize the existing talent training system,and make NH hospital embark on the road of sustainable and stable development.In addition,I hope the suggestions put forward in this paper can provide reference value for similar hospitals to optimize the talent training system. |
