Effects Of Bu Shen Huo Xue Decoction Combined With Alendronate Sodium Vitamin D₃ Tablets On BMD And BTMs In OVCF Patients After PVP

Objective:This is study aboutused the treatment principle of combining western medicine with,traditional Chinese medicine;The explores that Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets would improve postoperative Bone mineral density and Bone turnover markers of OVCF patients after PVP,To provide a better treatment plan for the prevention of postoperative refracture.Methods:44 patients who basis the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into experimental group(Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 group)and matched group(only oral alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 group).according to the randomized principle of the randomized number table.After taking the medicine for 3 months,those datum were compared that the VAS score,modified ODI index,BMD,and Bone metabolism indexes(BALP,BGP,PINP)of the two groups of patientstaking the medicine and at different stages after treatment.Results:Taking the medicine for 3 months.The relevant indicators of the patients were compared in 3 months and 6 months after surgery;The results showed a significant improvement in VAS score and ODI index both in postoperative 3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).But And There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)about BMD,BALP,BGP and PINP for 3 months after surgery.At 6 month safter surgery,the experimentalgroup had better curative effect aftermedication,andtheclinical indicators and postoperative recovery were significantly better than those of the matched group,andwas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Basis of Alendronate vitamin D3 tablets after PVP,the dialectical use ofBushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life,reduce the pain after surgery,and improve bone density and bone metabolism indicators,and provide a well treatment plan for the prevention of vertebral fracture.
