| Objective:To explore the effect of "Inernet+" management strategy on hypertention patients in povertyregistration poor households in Longju Town,Wanzhou District. Methods:Selected hypertension patients from 11 villages in Longju Town,Wanzhou District,Chongqing, and divided them into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional management strategy, and the experimental group was given "Internet" management strategy on the basis of the control group. The intervention time was 3 months. The evaluation indicators included blood pressure levels, knowledge of normal blood pressure, complying with doctor’s advice to take medicine, the awareness of having to take medicine for long time and the change of diet structure of both groups after 3 months intervention. Results:A total of 131 patients with hypertension were included in this study, including 57 in the control group and 74 in the experimental group. After 3 months intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Under the comparable baseline of the number of people complying with doctor’s advice to take medicine, after 3 months of intervention, the number of people who comply with doctor’s advice to take medicine in both groups increased, and the total number of people who comply with doctor’s advice to take medicine in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).In the analysis of the diet structure of the two groups of patients, there was no significant difference in the high-salt diet between the two groups at baseline(P=0.05).After the intervention, the number of people with high salt in the experimental group was less than that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Before the intervention, the two groups were not comparable with the high-fat diet at baseline(P=0.021),but there was a within-group difference in the experimental group before and after the intervention(P=0.002).In the analysis of the awareness of having to take medicine for long time in the two groups,it was found that under comparable baseline conditions, the number of people in the two groups who knew that they needed long-term medication increased after the intervention, and the intra-group difference between the two groups before and after the intervention was statistical significance(P<0.001).In the study on the knowledge of normal blood pressure in the two groups of patients, the difference within the experimental group before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:"Internet+" management strategy can reduce the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of hypertension patients effectively and improve patients’ compliance and can increase the knowledge of hypertension and adjust the high-salt and high-fat diet structure of hypertension patients. |
