A Study On The Comparison Between Hypothermic Plasma Tonsillectomy And Traditional Surgery

Objective:To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of hypothermic plasma tonsillectomy and traditional surgery.Methods:302 tonsillectomy patients treated in Guangyuan Central Hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were analyzed,including 152 patients undergoing low-temperature plasma surgery and 150 patients undergoing traditional surgery,The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,white membrane stripping time,postoperative pain duration,dietary recovery time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:there were significant differences in operation time,intraoperative bleeding,white film peeling time,postoperative pain duration,recovery of diet time and postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:low temperature plasma surgery has certain advantages over traditional surgery,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
