Objective: Adolescent depression disorder is increasing year by year, which brings great economic pressure and burden to the family and society, and is the focus of attention at present.Female adolescents have a higher incidence of depressive disorder, which is often accompanied by a series of behavioral problems such as discipline violation, aggression, social withdrawal, school weariness and bullying. At present, there are more researches on the internalization of female adolescents, but there are less researches on the behavior problems associated with female adolescents with depressive disorder, especially the externalized behavior problems. In addition, adolescents’ past experience, parenting style and school factors are closely related to adolescent depressive disorder, but there are few studies on the influencing factors of behavioral problems in female adolescents with depressive disorder. This paper discusses the correlation between the above factors and the behavioral problems of female adolescents with depressive disorder, and explores the mediating role of adolescent factors, including self-evaluation and degree of depression, between the influencing factors and behavioral problems.Method: This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey. The research objects are female adolescents aged 13-18 years old who visited a hospital in a city from January 2022 to December 2022.Informed consent was given before the survey, and the Hamilton Depression Scale-17 was assessed by professionals.Subjects completed the self-compiled general demographic questionnaire,Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU),Differential Loneliness Scale(DLS),Personal Evaluation Inventory(PEI),Achenbach Youth self-report(YSR),adolescent Learning Burnout Scale, and bullying experience questionnaire. Results: Adverse childhood experience, family rearing style, peer relationship and degree of depression are correlated with behavioral problems of female adolescents with depressive disorder. In the results of the hierarchical regression analysis, emotional abuse(t=4.34,P < 0.01),emotional neglect(t=4.12,P < 0.01),warm understanding(t=-2.91,P <0.01)、excessive interference(t=3.36,P < 0.01)、overprotection(t=4.10,P < 0.01)of the father, excessive interference and overprotection of the mother(t=3.50,P < 0.01),bullying experience in school(t=3.34,P < 0.01),depression level(t=7.06,P < 0.01)are correlated with behavioral problems in female adolescents with depressive disorder. The degree of depression partially mediates the relationship between emotional abuse, father’s warm and understanding parenting style, school bullying experience and behavior problems of female adolescents, and completely mediates the relationship between emotional neglect and behavior problems. Conclusions: Emotional abuse, emotional neglect, warm understanding、over interference、over protective of the father, mother’s over interference and over protective parenting style, school bullying experience are the influencing factors of behavior problems.Emotional abuse, father’s warm and understanding parenting style, school bullying experience to a certain extent through increasing the degree of depression affect behavior problems, emotional neglect completely through depressive disorder affect behavior problems. |
