Objective 1.Scientifically construct a self-help positive psychological intervention program based on mobile health for patients with coronary heart disease in China.2.Select the specific form of mobile health to achieve the program, through empirical research to analyze the feasibility of the program and the effectiveness of the program to improve the well-being,affect and health behavior motivation of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 1.First,the literature review was conducted to form the first draft of the intervention program, and then the patient interview and the expert group meeting were used to modify and improve the program and select the appropriate mobile medical carrier for the implementation of the program. Finally, the feasibility of the program was tested preliminarily by pilot testing, and modify and improve the program for the third time to form the final version of the self-help positive psychological intervention program for patients with coronary heart disease based on mobile health.2.A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed in a community and a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province and meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group by computer-generated random number method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group receive routine health education, and the experimental group was intervened according to the self-help positive psychological intervention program for patients with coronary heart disease based on mobile health. The intervention time was 6 weeks. Before and after the intervention, the well-being index scale, positive and negative affect scale and treatment self-regulation questionnaire were used to collect data. The differences of well-being,positive and negative affect and health behavior motivation between the two groups before and after intervention were analyzed and compared by t test or rank sum test. Results 1.Literature review stage:Through literature review, seven intervention measures were obtained to form a preliminary program.Nine patients with coronary heart disease were interviewed to make the first modification and improvement of the program.A total of 8 experts were invited to participate in the expert group meeting.According to the results of the meeting, the program was modified and improved for the second time and the program was determined to be implemented by the researcher himself with the WeChat mini program as the carrier.A total of 8 patients with coronary heart disease were selected for pilot testing, and the plan was modified and improved for the third time according to the pilot testing results. The total duration of the final program intervention was 6 weeks, with one self-help positive psychological exercise per week. The exercise topics from the first week to the sixth week were:’Positive Response ’,’ Recording Good Things’,’ Savor’,’ Gratitude ’,’ Character Strength ’,’Repetition’.2.Formal Test stage:Among the 60 patients with coronary heart disease included in the formal trial,2 patients in the experimental group were lost due to poor compliance, and 3 patients in the control group were lost due to lack of contact.Finally,55 patients with coronary heart disease completed the study.Baseline data analysis:There was no significant difference in age, gender, ethnic group, marital status, religious belief and educational level between the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in subjective well-being score, positive and negative affect score and health behavior motivation score between the two groups before intervention(all P>0.05),indicating that the baseline data were balanced and comparable;Analysis of the effect after intervention:The subjective wellbeing scores of the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease were compared. The results showed that the subjective well-being scores of patients with coronary heart disease in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group and before the intervention after 6 weeks of intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive and negative affect scores of the two groups of patients with coronary heart disease were compared. The results showed that the positive affect scores of the patients with coronary heart disease in the experimental group after 6 weeks of intervention were higher than those in the control group and before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative affect score was lower than that of the control group and before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health behavior motivation of patients with coronary heart disease in the two groups were compared. The results showed that after 6 weeks of intervention, the scores of no smoking motivation of patients with coronary heart disease in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05),the scores of regular exercise motivation were higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of healthy diet motivation were higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.In this study, the intervention program obtained through literature research, patient interviews, expert group meetings and pilot testing is scientific, and it is feasible to choose WeChat mini program as the carrier of mobile health.2.The intervention program of this study can improve the emotional level, increase positive affects, reduce negative affects, enhance subjective well-being,enhance the no smoking motivation, regular exercise motivation and healthy diet motivation for patients with coronary heart disease.
