Sweat is a biological fluid of great research value for the non-invasive detection of the wearer’s physiological state due to its relatively easy to collect characteristics and rich biochemical information,and has great potential in the fields of disease diagnosis and health monitoring.Glucose is the main energy source for the activities of living cells,and it is crucial to maintain an appropriate concentration of glucose in the blood.Studies have shown that accurate measurements of glucose concentration in sweat can be used to estimate blood glucose levels.Compared with invasive and invasive blood glucose detection,the detection of glucose concentration in sweat can be realized through the wearable electrochemical sweat detection and sensing system,which has the advantages of minimal skin irritation,high sensitivity,non-invasiveness,and portability.This dissertation designs and manufactures a wearable electrochemical sensing system for detecting glucose concentration in sweat,which is mainly divided into three parts,sensor,hardware circuit and host computer software.An electrochemical electrode with a three-electrode structure is designed and produced.In order to simulate the wearing condition of the human body and reduce the influence of the external temperature on the sensor,a heater is designed on the back of the sensor;in order to increase the electrode conductivity and the glucose oxidase attachment area,and maintain the enzyme activity,modified graphene oxide on the working electrode;prepared an electrochemical enzyme sensor with GOD/GO/CC electrode,and used cyclic volta mmetry to detect the response characteristics of the sensor,and obtained the fitting equation between the reduction peak value and the glucose concentration.The hardware circuit part designed and produced a constant potential circuit to provide input voltage for the sensor,and embedded the fitting equation of the response electrical signal and glucose concentration into the microprocessor,collected the electrical signal and calculated the glucose concentration,and sent it to the host computer via Bluetooth.The upper computer software part uses the Android Studio development platform and the mobile APP developed by Kotlin language to realize the functions of real-time collection,display,storage and control of the glucose concentration data.The experimental results show that the GOD electrochemical enzyme sensor designed and manufactured in this thesis has a good linear relationship with the glucose in sweat in the concentration range of 0.05mmol/L to 0.9mmol/L,and the designed and manufactured electrochemical sensing system for wearable sweat detection,it can realize more accurate detection of glucose concentration,and at the same time,the sensing system can conveniently and quickly display,count and save the glucose concentration information in sweat.
