| In recent years,people pay more and more attention to their health,and many diseases in life are transmitted through contact,which makes human respiratory monitoring and non-contact human-computer interaction become a research hotspot.Flexible electronic devices are widely used in wearable health detection systems due to their small size,low cost,and high comfort compared with traditional detection devices.In this paper,a flexible carbon-based humidity sensor was prepared based on graphene and graphene oxide(Gr-GO).Combined with a signal detection circuit and signal analysis algorithm,real-time intelligent monitoring of human respiration and non-contact human-computer interaction were realized.The specific research results are as follows:(1)Gr-GO flexible humidity sensors with different sensitive film thicknesses were prepared.The results showed that the humidity sensor with a film thickness of300 nm showed excellent performance.Within the humidity response range of 11%-97% RH,the sensor showed a rapid response(2 s),good flexibility,and excellent selectivity,and only responded to the water molecules in the breath.(2)A respiratory monitoring system was built based on a Gr-GO flexible humidity sensor.The STM32 low-power chip was used to design a signal processing circuit,and the corresponding algorithm was used to achieve real-time monitoring of various respiratory frequencies.The calculation error of respiratory frequency per minute is low,and the system can calculate the number of apneas in real time,making a timely response to sleep apnea syndrome and other diseases.(3)A gesture detection system was built based on Gr-GO flexible humidity sensor array.Combining circuit and AI neural network algorithms,single-point,and multi-point gesture signal detection was realized for non-contact switch control and gesture recognition,providing a new idea for non-contact human-computer interaction applications.In conclusion,this paper realized the intelligent detection of human breath and gesture by combining the flexible carbon-based humidity sensor with the signal processing circuit and signal analysis algorithm.The paper constructs the highly integrated and intelligent detection system,which promotes the development of flexible humidity sensors in the field of physiological signal detection and noncontact human-computer interaction. |
