Clinical Study Of Auricular Point Sticking Combined With Yongquan Point Acupoint Application In Treatment Of Morning Surge Hypertension

Objective: By observing the changes of blood pressure level in patients with essential hypertension after the intervention of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking therapy,the clinical symptoms and quality of life were improved.To explore the clinical application value of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking technology,for clinical development of appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine to assist treatment of hypertension,especially renovascular hypertension.Methods: 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups: control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,each group of 30 cases.The control group: according to the patient’s blood pressure level with hypertension given 1: amlodipine 5mg Qd;hypertension 2,3 grade: valsartan amlodipine 1 Qd;if blood pressure control is still unstable plus indapamide 1 piece Qd.Treatment group 1: in the same treatment with the control group on the basis of Western medicine treatment to give the king without row of seed auricular acupressure auxiliary treatment;treatment group 2: in the treatment group 1 with the same Western medicine on the basis of the increase in auricular pressure combined with Evodia The application of the hole.After treatment,the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 were compared with the control group,the treatment group 1 and 2 were compared.Results: 1.The levels of 24 hSBP,MSBP,DSBP and MDBP in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),and the treatment group 2 could significantly reduce the NSBP(P <0.01).2.All three groups had significant effect on lowering blood pressure(p < 0.01),and the decrease effect of auricular point pressing therapy group and auricular point sticking combined with Still Pool group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).3.In the analysis of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 93.33%,the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 96.67%,the test P <0.01,statistically significant,The total effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,which treatment group 2 on the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms more obvious.4.In the comparison of the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,three groups of experiments can significantly improve the symptoms such as vertigo,headache,insomnia(p < 0.01),constipation and other symptoms also improved(P<0.05),and 1 in the treatment group symptoms improved significantly compared with the control group,the treatment group of 2 symptoms to improve the effect of treatment group significantly than 1,no significant other symptom.Conclusion: Auricular plaster and Yongquan acupoint application technology not only can effectively assist the treatment of hypertension and hypertension morning peak phenomenon,also can significantly improve patients with dizziness,headache,insomnia,irritability and other symptoms,and has a certain regulating stomach and improve the role of sleep,because of its simple and convenient operation,can extensive clinical medicine,improve the social service ability.
