| Objective:Through consulting and analyzing the literatures,combining qualitative interview and Delphi expert consultation method,based on health belief model the "Health Belief Questionnaire for Exercise Rehabilitation of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome after PCI" was compiled.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested,and finally a formal questionnaire was formed.The compiled questionnaire was used to understand the status quo of exercise rehabilitation health beliefs in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI,and to explore its influencing factors,and to provide an effective basis for improving exercise rehabilitation compliance in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI in the future.Methods:1.Based on health belief model,the item pool of exercise rehabilitation health belief questionnaire for patients after PCI for acute coronary syndrome was developed by consulting the literature,relevant guidelines,expert consensus,and qualitative interviews.Through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence method,the critical ratio method was used to screen and modify the items in combination with the opinions and suggestions of experts.After pre-investigation,the initial draft of exercise rehabilitation health belief questionnaire for patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI was formed.A formal survey was conducted in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI,SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis,and item analysis,content validity,construct validity,half reliability,and test-retest reliability were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to form a formal version of the Exercise Rehabilitation Health Belief Questionnaire for patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI.2.A total of 194 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after PCI in a tertiary care hospital in Tai’an city were selected by convenience sampling.General data questionnaire,exercise rehabilitation health belief questionnaire,cardiac rehabilitation scale and perceived social support scale were used.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0,and statistical methods included:descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,one-way analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Results:1.Questionnaire preparation:After two rounds of expert correspondence,the items were deleted,integrated and increased,and the expression of the overall scale was modified,finally forming six dimensions and 35 initial manuscripts of the items.Reliability test results showed that Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of sports rehabilitation belief in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI was 0.889,and the inverted half coefficient was 0.947,and the retest coefficient was 0.998.The I-CVI scores of all dimensions of the questionnaire were between 0.83 and 1,and the S-CVI score was 0.981.After exploratory factor analysis,six dimensions and 34 items were finally determined,which were consistent with the theoretical concept,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the six factors was 63.14%,and the load of each item on the corresponding factors was>0.5.2.Current survey results of exercise rehabilitation health belief questionnaire in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI showed that the total score of belief was(126.27±11.26)points.Patients’ cardiac exercise rehabilitation health beliefs were at a moderate level.3.Univariate analysis:Age,marriage,education,occupation and medical insurance were the influencing factors of the total score of exercise rehabilitation health beliefs in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI.Pearson correlation study showed that there was a positive correlation between willingness for cardiac rehabilitation and health beliefs for exercise rehabilitation(P<0.01),and a positive correlation between social support and health beliefs for exercise rehabilitation(P<0.01).4.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,marriage,education,occupation,willingness to cardiac rehabilitation and social support were the main factors affecting the level of health belief in cardiac exercise rehabilitation.Conclusions:1."Health Belief Questionnaire for Exercise Rehabilitation of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome after PCI" has good reliability and validity and can be used as an assessment tool for the current status of exercise rehabilitation beliefs of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.2.At present,the health belief of exercise rehabilitation of patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI in China is at a moderate level,which is influenced by age,marriage,education,occupation,willingness to cardiac rehabilitation and social support.Therefore,medical staff should help patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI to establish the correct exercise rehabilitation health belief and pay attention to the influence of social support,willingness to cardiac rehabilitation and other factors on the belief building process in practice. |
