Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Moxibustion In Treating Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency With Visual Fatigue

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of supervised moxibustion on syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency with visual fatigue through randomized controlled clinical trials,so as to enrich the clinical treatment ideas and methods of the disease and expand the clinical application range of supervised moxibustion in the treatment of diseases.Methods:Following the completely randomized control principle,66 patients who met the screening criteria were recruited from December 2021 to December 2022 and divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion,once a week,3 times as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses,a total of 6 weeks;The control group received routine acupuncture treatment,and the acupoints were selected bilateral Sizhukong,Tong Zi,Zhuzhu,Fengchi,Sun,Yangbai,Ganshu,Shenshu and Zhaohai,once a day,5 times as a course of treatment,2 days rest after each course of treatment,6 courses of treatment,a total of 6 weeks.One week after the course of treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.SPSS 25.0 software was used to statistically analyze the scores of ocular symptoms,systemic symptoms and total symptoms of the two groups of patients,to compare the difference between the efficacy of the supervision and moxibustion therapy and the conventional acupuncture therapy on the syndrome of hepatic and renal insufficiency of eye fatigue,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the supervision and moxibustion therapy on the syndrome of hepatic and renal insufficiency of eye fatigue.Results:(1)After the course of treatment,63 patients were included in statistical analysis,including 32 patients in the moxibustion treatment group and 31 patients in the acupuncture control group;(2)Comparison of general data between the two groups:there were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of gender(P>0.05),age(P>0.01)and course of disease(P>0.01)between the two groups,and they were all comparable;There were no significant differences in ocular symptom score,systemic symptom score and total symptom score between the two groups(P>0.01),and the two groups were comparable;(3)Intragroup comparison of symptom scores between the two groups:After treatment,symptom scores of non-endurance,temporary blurred vision,eye dryness,eye burning sensation,eye itching,eye swelling pain,tearing,headache,dizziness,memory loss,insomnia,tinnitus,waist and knee tenderness in the two groups were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Ocular symptom score,systemic symptom score and total symptom score decreased in 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both moxibustion therapy and routine acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical symptoms caused by the syndrome of liver and kidney insufficiency;(4)Comparison of symptom scores between the two groups:After treatment,ocular symptom scores,systemic symptom scores and total symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the clinical effect of moxibustion treatment group was better than that of acupuncture control group;(5)Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups:the total effective rate of the moxibustion treatment group was 96.88%,and that of the acupuncture control group was 74.19%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the clinical effect of moxibustion treatment group is better than that of acupuncture control group.Conclusion:The results showed that the supervised moxibustion therapy and the conventional acupuncture therapy had good clinical effect on improving the patients’ eye symptoms and systemic symptoms,and the curative effect on the treatment of the syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency with eye fatigue was exact,and the supervised moxibustion therapy had better clinical effect than the conventional acupuncture therapy.The course of treatment of moxibustion therapy is better designed,saves the patient’s treatment time,the treatment process is comfortable,warm and painless,is more acceptable to patients,and has the clinical promotion value.
