Purpose:To investigate the effect of Mongolian medicine Mauler-Dabs-4 decoction combined with vitamin D on the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia model rats,so as to provide the basis for future clinical experiments.Method:1.Group method: 63 male SD rats were weighed and divided after 1 week of regular diet and randomized into 7 groups and divided into 9 groups.Blank group, model group, positive control group, vitamin D high dose group(VD high group),vitamin D low dose group(VD low group),maole-cloth-4 soup low dose group(low group),day-cloth-4 soup high dose group(high group),vitamin D + day-cloth-4 soup low dose group(VD + low group),vitamin D + day-cloth-4 soup high dose group(VD + high group).2.Molding method: The blank group was fed general feed, and the other groups were fed with fat emulsion(10 ml/kg)plus high fat feed according to the method recommended method in the literature.3.Administration method: positive control group received 0.2g / kg;VD low group with 0.03ug/kg,0.09ug/kg calcitriol;hairy low group with 0.5g/kg,1.5g/kg Maolil-Darbs-4soup;VD + hairy low group with 0.03ug/kg+0.5g/kg,0.09ug/kg+1.5g/kg calcitriol +Maulil-Darbs-4 soup, and blank group and model group.4.All animals were free of water for 4 weeks, and the dose was updated weekly according to the change in rat body weight.5.Test indicators: observe the activity, hair, mental state, body weight and appetite of rats.TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C content in serum were detected by automatic biochemical instrument, and 25-OHVD values were detected by chemiluminescence instrument.Tissues from the right lobe of the liver were fixed in 4% neutral formalin and analyzed for the pathological changes after HE staining Results:1.General condition: the rats in the blank group had normal activity and shiny hair.Compared with the blank group, the rats in the model group had less activity, yellow and no hair, decreased appetite, and had symptoms such as soft stool.2.Comparison of body weight of rats in each group: the positive control group, hairy high group,VD + hairy low group and VD + hairy high group decreased compared with the model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Detection of blood lipid levels in rats in each group: the serum levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C)in rats in the model group were significantly higher compared with the blank group(P <0.01),and the level of HDL-C was decreased(P <0.05),indicating successful mold making. The serum TC and LDL-C levels in the positive control group decreased compared with the model group(P <0.01);The serum TC,TG,and LDL-C levels decreased in the high-low wool dose group compared with the model group(P <0.01);The serum TC,TG,LDL-C decreased compared with the model group(P <0.01);TC,TG,and LDL-C levels decreased in the VD + wool dose group compared with the model group(P<0.01);Comparison between the groups: the serum TG levels were significantly lower between the low VD group and the positive control group(P <0.01),VD high group with VD low group,Serum HDL-C increased significantly(P <0.01);There was no significant difference in serum TC,TG and HDL-C levels between the remaining groups(P> 0.05).4.Vitamin D detection in each group: the 25-OHVD value decreased significantly compared with blank group(P <0.01);VD increased(P <0.05);VD + lower group, but the difference was not significant(P> 0.05);VD + higher group(P <0.05);no difference between dose groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Japanese-bus-4 soup with vitamin D can effectively regulate the blood lipid level and vitamin D content in hyperlipidemic rats, and reduce liver tissue steatosis..
