Literature Study Of Mongolian Medicine Body Constitution

Objective: Based on the basic theory of Mongolian medicine,the genetic factors in the formation of Mongolian body constitution and the influence of external factors in the development process were explained;based on the ancient literature of Mongolian medicine,the various characteristics of Mongolian body constitution were systematically screened;based on the theory of Mongolian body constitution,the essence and quantity of the three roots of Heyi,Xila and Badagan were combined dialectically,and the preliminary quantitative criteria of each body constitution characteristic were established.Methods: The characteristic performance of each type of body constitution was summarized and initially quantified by literature research method,comparative research method and descriptive research method on the basis of the previous literature research.Results: 1.This study systematically summarized a total of 28 Mongolian body constitution characteristics based on the ancient literature of Mongolian medicine.2.The essence and quantity of Mongolian body constitution were dialectically combined,and the seven Mongolian body constitution types were listed in order to obtain the preliminary quantitative data of Mongolian body constitution.3.A scale of Mongolian body constitution types and their index collection was developed,which contained 15 primary indexes and 38 secondary indexes.4.In order to identify the physical characteristics more scientifically and rationally,a calculation formula was designed to calculate the results of the data obtained from the scale in deciding the Mongolian body constitution types.Conclusion: 1.The human body constitution is determined by the extremely subtle components of the parents’ sperm and ovum,the four elements of soil,water,fire and wind,namely,the hereditary nature of the body constitution.At the same time,embryonic development and the state of body,mind and speech after birth are developed and matured under the influence of external conditions;therefore,external conditions also play a vital role in the formation of body constitution.2.The Mongolian medical body constitution scale in this study is guided by the basic theory of Mongolian medicine,and its quality and quantity are dialectically combined from the three main levels of body,mind and speech,fully reflecting the scientific logic of the connotation of Mongolian medical body constitution.3.The study provides a scientific basis for the standardization and further study of the body constitution of Mongolian medicine,which is applicable to the determination of the health status of body,mind and speech of the population,as well as very important for the identification of the development trend and prognosis of diseases.
