BackgroundMagnetic resonance imaging(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)is a kind of equipment to reconstruct the imaging of tissues or organs.It is very important for the diagnosis of neurosurgical diseases.Because the traditional magnetic resonance equipment needs a special shielding environment,there are many inconveniences in the inspection process.The mobile magnetic resonance equipment has the advantages of small size,light weight and low magnetic field intensity.It can be scanned at the bedside of the ward,which makes up some defects of traditional magnetic resonance to a certain extent.Methods1.Signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were used as objective indexes to evaluate the image quality of the Acuta Elfin mobile head and neck MRI.The noise and of Acuta Elfin mobile head and neck MRI were evaluated by subjective noise assessment and noise intensity measurement.2.Subjective evaluation was used to compare the imaging quality of Acuta Elfin mobile head and neck magnetic resonance examination between patients in the neurosis group such as tracheal intubation and tracheotomy and the normal group.Results1.The subjective evaluation of the image quality of the Acuta Elfin mobile head and neck MRI met the diagnostic requirements,but compared with the conventional 3.0T MRI,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)of the mobile MRI were lower.The noise intensity of each sequence of the Acuta Elfin mobile MRI was lower than that of the conventional MRI,and the experience and comfort of the patients were better than that of the conventional MRI.2.The image quality of the Acuta Elfin mobile head and neck MRI examination in the neurosis patient group and the general group can meet the diagnostic needs,and the severe patient can undergo mobile MRI examination.ConclusionsThe Acuta Elfin mobile head and neck magnetic resonance equipment can be used for bedside scanning.It is convenient to use,high in safety,and the imaging quality is up to standard with high safety.It is suitable for clinical application in neurosurgery.It is feasible and safe to perform mobile MRI examinations for neurosis patients such as tracheal intubation and tracheotomy. |
