| Objective :1.This study is part of the " Retrospective Study on the Efficacy of Mongolian Medicine in the Treatment of Psoriasis " of the National Clinical Research Center for Skin and Immune Diseases-Real World Database for Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis(Open Project).2.This study provides a scientific basis for the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine and biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.3.Through this study, the advantages and disadvantages of Mongolian medicine and biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis were informed to patients, and a reference for patients to choose treatment methods was provided. Methods :From 2020.06 to 2022.03,the outpatient clinical data of patients with psoriasis diagnosed as Qisu Xila partial psoriasis in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University were collected, and the age distribution, sex ratio, predisposing factors, aggravating factors, aggravating seasons and course of disease were analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into Mongolian medicine group and biological agent group. After 6 months of treatment,follow-up surveys were conducted in March and June after the end of treatment. The skin lesion area(BSA),quality of life(DLQI),pruritus score,PASI score, recurrence and complete withdrawal and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were sorted out, counted and analyzed. Results :1.Basic information : A total of 514 patients were included between 2020.06 and2022.03,and 12 patients were lost. There were 272 males(54.18 %)and 230 females(45.81 %).The age of onset was concentrated between 30-40 years old, accounting for31.27 %.Among the predisposing factors of psoriasis,115 cases(22.90 %)were hereditary and 102 cases(20.31 %)were improper diet.Aggravating factors : 91 cases of improper diet, the highest rate of aggravation, accounting for 18.12 %.Aggravating season :winter has the highest aggravating rate, accounting for 46.41 %.The duration of the disease is concentrated between December and 18 months, accounting for 28.69 %.2.Clinical efficacy : 472 cases were treated with Mongolian medicine,of which 87 cases were cured,155 cases were markedly effective,207 cases were effective,23 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.12 %.There were 13 cases of recurrence after 6 month,74 cases of complete withdrawal, and 0 cases of adverse reactions. There were 30 cases treated with biological agents(Secukinumab Injection),of which 26 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.67 %.After 6 months, the recurrence rate was 26 cases,0cases were completely discontinued, and 6 cases had adverse reactions, including 2 cases of rhinitis,3 cases of tonsillitis, and 1 case of local muscle atrophy. Conclusion :1.According to statistics, although both men and women can suffer from this disease, the prevalence of men is significantly higher than that of women, and the age of illness is concentrated between 30 and 40 years old.Although there are many factors inducing this disease, heredity and improper diet are the majority. It is easy to aggravate in winter, and is vulnerable to the factors of improper diet and further serious illness. The duration of the disease is concentrated between 1 year and 1.5 years.2.The amount of patients treated with Mongolian medicine in our hospital is much higher than that of patients treated with biological agents. It is because biological agents are expensive and have a large economic burden on patients. In addition, biological agents are prone to relapse after drug withdrawal.3.Although the use of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of psoriasis has a long course of treatment,short-term cure rate and other disadvantages, but long-term adherence can achieve significant clinical results, with small adverse reactions, low recurrence rate, low price, and can be discontinued after cure and other advantages. It is worthy of clinical application.Biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis has the advantages of quick effect and high cure rate in a short time, but at the same time,it has the disadvantages of high recurrence rate, adverse reactions and difficulty in drug withdrawal.Due to the short period of use,its long-term effect and safety are worthy of further study. |
