Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiling Decoction in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder with spleen-kidney qi deficiency, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical guidance and application. Methods:A total of 62 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic neurogenic bladder in the endocrinology outpatient and ward of Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Shandong University of Chinese Medicine and the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Endocrinology of Feixian People’s Hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group of 31 patients and a control group of 31 patients. The control group was given basic treatment and oral mecobalamine treatment. The treatment group was treated with Qiling Decoction on the basis of basic treatment, and the treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks.Clinical observation was carried out after 8 weeks of treatment, and fasting blood glucose,2 hours post-meal blood glucose, glycocated hemoglobin, bladder residual urine volume, maximum urine flow rate,TCM syndrome efficacy and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 43.33%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.There were significant differences in the curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.The treatment group had more advantages in improving the efficacy of TCM syndrome.3.The improvement of urine flow rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred during the test, and no abnormal safety indexes were observed. Conclusion:Qiling Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic neurogenic bladder patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and bladder gasification adverse type, reduce the residual urine volume of the bladder, increase the maximum urine flow rate, improve the quality of life of patients, and good safety, worthy of clinical application.
