Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of oral self-prepared Tongtiao powder in the treatment of hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,a new self-prepared formula based on clinical efficacy is explored to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of hypomenorrheaMethods:From January 2022 to December 2022,patients with hypomenorrhea who were treated in the Gynecology Clinic of our hospital were selected.For example,before treatment,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table and double-blind method:40 cases in the control group,using sequential artificial cycle therapy of estrogen and progesterone to intervene in the menstrual cycle and menstrual flow of patients;40 cases in the treatment group:except In addition to the basic treatment plan of the control group,self-made prescription Tongtiao San was added and subtracted.The improvement of menstrual flow,the improvement of endometrial thickness and blood flow,the difference in sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,PRL,T,E2,P)and the treatment effect of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment.and The effect of self-simulation was systematically evaluated from five aspects including the treatment effect and the change of BMI index.To systematically evaluate the effect of self-made formula.The result indicated that the clinical application of the self-designed FangTong Tiaosan in the treatment of patients with less monthly experience could not only achieve good therapeutic effect,but also improve the BMI of the patients.Results:According to the statistics of SPSS software,(1)in the improvement of TCM symptoms,Z=1.47,P=0.142(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant,and the two were comparable;After 3 menstrual cycles,the scores of medical symptoms in the two groups were compared,and Z=4.826 and P=O.0012(P<0.05)were tested by rank sum,and the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after the application of self-mimic modulation combined with hormone sequential therapy was better than that of the control group using only hormone sequential therapy,and had good results.(2)The effect on the level of sex hormones:① The E2 level of the two groups was elevated after treatment,and the comparison between the groups(P<0.01)showed that the hormonal improvement of the patients after treatment was significantly different,and there was obvious statistical significance;②the P and T in the sex hormones of the two groups were reduced(P>0.05),and the comparison between the two groups of patients(P>0.05)showed that the improvement was not obvious,there was no significant difference,and it was not statistically significant;③the levels of LH and FSH decreased after treatment in the two groups.The comparison between the two groups of patients(P<0.05)showed that the improvement was obvious and statistically significant;it was not difficult to see that the use of self-mimic Fongtong modulation combined with estrogen-progestin sequential therapy for the treatment of patients with menorrhagia,through the change of hormone levels in the body,it can be concluded that the treatment regimen of self-mimic combined with hormonal sequential therapy has better effect than the simple application of hormone therapy,and can effectively improve ovarian functio.(4)In terms of treatment effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%higher than that of the control group of 72.5%,which fully showed that the clinical application of the tutor to self-mimic Fangtong dispersal treatment of menorrhagia has a better therapeutic effect than the simple application of hormone sequential therapy,and can be promoted and applied clinically.(5)In the improvement of BMI index,the BMI index of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was statistical,because studies have shown that the normal range of female BMI index is 18.5-23.9,when the BMI is higher than 24,it will increase the risk of menstrual disorders;before treatment,the BMI of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,T test showed that P<0.01 in the treatment group,with significant statistical difference.Conclusion:The self-made Tongtiao San modified prescription combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy has good effects in improving menstrual flow,improving treatment effect,increasing endometrial thickness and blood flow,and improving the level of sex hormones in the body.,which fully demonstrates that the self-made Tongtiaosan modified formula has a good effect in the treatment of menorrhagia in modern Chinese medicine,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
